We arrived in the middle of summer and the ac was not on. The house was at least 100 degrees inside. They do have ac mini splits, which worked well but not efficiently to cool the house down in a reasonable amount of time. It took until the sun went down until the house was cool. The plants were dying or dead. It's apparent that nobody had setup the property for our stay prior to our arrival.The bathroom sink faucet in one of the bathrooms would only let out a trickle of water. The shower head had very little water output and not much pressure. There was a lot of rust on the corrugated metal sheets lining the shower walls. It just looked dirty.the toilet paper roll holder was screwed onto the vanity and was in my armpit when I sat down. The pool while nice could use a deep clean and the filtration didnt seem to be working. The pool looks good from far away and in pictures. However, it was still swimmable and still nice to have.Overall it's a clean and pretty house but just needs a little bit of care. Repair the water, turn on the ac, and touch up on the pool. If that happens, it would have been a 5 star review.
