At Hemingway House 14, guests don’t just visit—they experience. Immediately inform the host if something is broken or malfunctioning.

- Occupancy Limits: There cannot be more than eight people on the property at any time. Failure to abide by this rule will result in the removal of all guests without a refund.
- No smoking inside or outside of the property.
- To respect the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
- Pet policy: unless you use a service dog, with proof of such service, pets are not allowed on the property.
- To maintain a clean home, we highly recommend that you remove your shoes upon entry.

We absolutely loved our stay! My aunt, brother, and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The property in Benoni was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable! Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Our host, Anita, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made our trip special. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back next time we’re in town. Thank you, Anita, for an amazing experience!

As guests who appreciate to stay in homes instead of hotels we really enjoyed this place. It's big, it's clean, it's modern and it's safe. All you need when you stay in Johannesburg. We had a pleasant time and the interaction with both the owner and the residents were great. The place is well kept and ideal for larger groups. We enjoyed the kitchen, that is fully stocked, as well as the comfy beds and swimming pool. Thank you for having us!
