A única vantagem do hotel é a localização no Bessa. Fora isso, a experiência foi extremamente negativa. O quarto é minúsculo, mal comporta uma pessoa. Não há mesa nem cadeira, o que torna impossível sentar para comer — precisei fazer a refeição em pé. O banheiro também é muito pequeno, não possui sequer um apoio para sabonete, que precisa ser colocado na pia. O quarto não dispõe de secador de cabelo, item básico hoje em qualquer hotel. A chave ainda é chave física, não cartão, o que passa uma sensação de estrutura ultrapassada. O hotel não possui elevador, tudo é feito por escadas. O café da manhã é muito fraco, sem variedade e sem qualidade, não compensando a proposta da hospedagem. No geral, é um hotel que não oferece conforto mínimo, apenas um local para dormir, e mesmo assim de forma desconfortável. Considerando o custo e o padrão esperado, foi a pior experiência de hospedagem que já tive. Não recomendo.

Péssima experiência em todos os sentidos.

Ficamos muito frustrados com a experiência neste hotel. No dia que chegamos o quarto ainda estava sujo, os lençóis sujos, box do banheiro sujo, as cortinas do quarto estavam rasgadas, a porta do banheiro isenta você de qualquer tipo de privacidade por ser fosca e transparente. Além do mais, a água que saía da torneira estava amarelada e com um cheiro fortíssimo de ferrugem, a própria pia e chuveiro estava enferrujado! O café da manhã não era saboroso e tinham pouquíssimas opções. Mediante tudo isso, preferimos voltar pra casa a ficar mais um dia nesse lugar. Olhe que ainda pegamos um dos quartos mais “caros” e que deveria ser melhor. Péssima experiência!

Foi super agradável, foi uma ótima estadia. Endereço bem localizado, bom atendimento, ambiente agradável. Super voltaria. Mas para ficar excelente a experiência, acho que deveria colocar wi-fi na parte dos quartos, pois só tem wi-fi na recepção e na área da piscina, onde o mesmo não estava pegando. E ter uma atenção maior com a limpeza da piscina, visto que fica muito próximo da praia, acaba sujando mais fácil.

Experiência mediana para ruim, haja vista que o quarto é extremante pequeno, o banheiro tem um mau cheiro fortíssimo e constante, a água que sai do chuveiro e da pia do banheiro é barrenta (alaranjada), o estacionamento é uma loteria para conseguir vaga, e o café da manhã é extremamente básico, sem contar o atendimento que em dados momentos não foi dos melhores. Eu, particularmente, não voltaria a me hospedar nesse local.
