Comfortable but not luxury

This place is in a great location and it’s an easy walk to the old city. It should not be marketed as a luxury apartment though. The shower leaked all over the bathroom, the kitchen didn’t have much in it, the floors were freezing cold even when the heater was on and the stairs up to the flat are steep and old. There is junk above the stairwell and laundry hanging everywhere. Comfortable but not luxury.
