This hotel was horrible, there was bugs and it was dirty the tv wasnt working, and the ac was not working so well, the ceiling was falling apart, some of the lights didn't work and the shower head didn't work, im am very very disappointed

The location was amazing! Walking distance to centers, Mamila & The Kotel. The room was super cute, but the shower & bathroom were in bad shape. Also, the TV remote was no where to be found & since the front desk person wasn’t there from 11 PM - 10 AM so I could not watch TV.

Shower leaks everywhere, the fire alarms in the hall beep every 2 minutes and non of the receptionists seemed to care and there is construction or something outside that is very loud early.
