A quiet apartment located in the heart of Jerusalem in the luxurious 'Savyon View' residence tower. The apartment offers stunning panoramic views of Jerusalem, including an incredible garden on the same floor overlooking the Old City.
The apartment features a balcony, 24-hour security, a lobby, plasma TV, Smart TV, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The apartment is located on the tenth floor and features a standard safe room (mamad).
Location: A 10-minute walk from the Mamilla complex and the Old City, a 5-minute walk from the famous Mahane Yehuda market, and 2 minutes from the light rail and a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping malls.
Local Tax Information: In accordance with Israeli law, Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT on top of the price displayed on the website. Tourists (holding a B2 entry visa) are exempt from this payment upon presenting their visa permit from the airport.
For our Sabbath-observing guests: Check-out after Shabbat (on Saturday night) is possible for an additional fee of 300 ILS.
The Space:
The living room is full of light thanks to the high windows. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains basic amenities. Kitchen is part of the living room. The bedroom spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The room quiet despite the central location of the place. You can close the blinds for a dark atmosphere. Shades are ultra modern electrical blinds.
The toilets are inside the bathroom and washing machine is available on spot.
You will be able to enjoy also from TV and free WiFi in the entire apartment.
I provide my guests with fresh linens and towels.
