This beautiful vacation home is located in the attractive village of Bratten. The house looks bright and friendly, is furnished with nice furniture and has many activities for families with children. In the beautiful pool area you can frolic in the pool, which has both slide and counter-current. You can get your muscles massaged in the large 4-person hot tub. The house has 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping alcove in the living room. The bunk bed and the alcove are best suited for children. The house is therefore ideal for 6 adults and 4 children. The grounds and terraces invite you to spend time outdoors.



Bratten beach is car-free and child-friendly. At the grocery store there is a wheelchair ramp over the dune and out to the bathing jetty. This makes the beach barrier-free. In addition, a large, beautiful playground has been established here, which is a meeting place for families with children in the area. The nearby city of Frederikshavn has a beautiful pedestrian zone and the famous Palm Beach is always worth a visit. So is the city's observation deck at the top of Pikkerbakken, whose panoramic glass deck is shaped like Skagens Odde. A fun experience where you can see both Skagen and Læsø. Skagen with all its beautiful sights is also just a short drive away.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, besonders der große Außenbereich und der Pool. Der Rasen wurde regelmäßig gemäht und die Wasserqualität des Pools einmal wöchentlich kontrolliert.Bis auf den Wunsch nach etwas mehr Steckdosen und Ablagemöglichkeiten (Küche ohne freien Fächer) waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus.

Es fehlte leider eine Mappe mit Beschreibungen der elektrischen Geräte wie Trockner und Waschmaschine. Auch ist die Beschreibung Kabelfernsehen deutsch irreführend. Es sind lediglich zwei deutsche Kanäle empfangbar ( ARD und ZDF ). Tut der Erholung allerdings keinen Abbruch. ;-)

Vi var rigtig glad for sommerhuset og haven er stor og dejligt godt med aktiviteter. Vi elsker trampolinen kæmpe plus.Svømmehallen var den bedste i huset for børnene.Sommerhuset bliver hurtigt fugtig selvom man hurtig lukker døren til svømmehallen.Ellers rigtig fint hus.Værelserne var lidt lille når man er mange. Godt med køkken redskaber vi manglede ikke noget udstyr.Husets møbler var moderne og lyst som jeg rigtig kan lide.Sommerhus er så tæt på stranden at man bare kan gå ned mega plus.

Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca.4 km.Die Einrichtung ist hell und modern, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus und der Pool waren angenehm warm.Im Badezimmer wäre eine Neuanschaffung eines Duschvorhangs sehr hilfreich und die verschimmelten Fugen der Dusche sind sehr unhygienisch.Wir waren Anfang Dezember dort und durch Feuchtigkeit an den Fenstern waren fast alle Fensterrahmen mit Schwarzschimmel belegt, den man sehr gut wegwischen konnte…da besteht unbedingt Verbesserungsbedarf!!Wir wurden während unseren Aufenthaltes mit reichlich Schnee überrascht und hätten uns definitiv über einen Schneeschieber im Haus gefreut, um trockenen Fußes ins Haus zu gelangen.Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe definitiv genossen und empfehlen das Haus trotz kleinerer Mängel weiter.

Ein sehr schönes Haus,sehr gut eingerichtet und der Wellness Bereich ist natürlich das beste!!Der Garten ist auch sehr groß mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder und Platz zum toben für unsere zwei Hunde!!Im Herbst hatte es auch einen super Preis!!Der Strand in der Nähe ist auch sehr schön!!Was wir leider bemängeln müssen ist der Schimmel in der Dusche!!
