My stay was fine overall, the room was clean and location convenient, but the management was unhelpful when I had to leave early due to an unexpected work reassignment. I communicated clearly, provided documentation, and even involved Expedia, but the manager was dismissive from the start. I understand policies are policies, but a little empathy and professionalism go a long way.

Older property but very well maintained. The breakfast was basic continental but the quality was good. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Parking was fine. The PATH station was an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was great for an overnight stay to visit surrounding areas (mainly NYC). The staff was friendly and accommodating and even let us check in an hour earlier than planned. It was super convenient to the train to NYC and parking was free as they have their own lot which seemed pretty safe all things considered. We plan to return to this hotel for a more extended stay next time! Highly recommended!

We were looking for excellent value for our trip to NYC and we found it with this hotel. It was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot. Transport into NYC was a 10 minute easy walk, and the local area was wonderful to explore, with a newly developed waterfront and a large shopping mall (with a Primark!). Although it was a journey into Manhattan, it only took max of 40 minutes and I would choose to stay in this hotel if I was visiting again.

Great jersey spot

The parking area was safe. The hotel is very close to the entrance to the Holland tunnel, but it was not noisy at all! The employees were extremely helpful and there is a pastry and coffee and juice breakfast for free! The beds were extremely comfortable. The only downside is that there is no elevator. We had a lot of luggage and my older parents staying with us so it was a little tricky to get everything to the room, but the staff really helped with that.

Don't choose this hotel. This was the worst hotel (?) I had ever stayed. Dirty, smelly, poor customer service, terrible shower, not even cheap... I so regretted choosing this hotel for free parking. Not worth it. Go any other brand name hotel.

It's very comfortable hotels. In walk distance from the train to midtown at Manhattan. I highly recommended this hotel if you want to save money receive free parking for your car, and to be short distance from Manhattan.

Very sound proof for being so close to the street. Reasonably sized and adequate parking. Worked as a spot to get to and from NYC without paying crazy prices.
