Parking
-The driveway is shared and tight—cars often hang into the walkway, which can lead to tickets, so we don’t recommend parking there. Luckily, street parking is usually easy and free—just check signs for street sweeping! *The two hour window is no longer enforced*
-Paid off-site parking is available 6 minutes walk away


House Rules

To ensure a peaceful, respectful stay for everyone, please follow these important guidelines:

• No smoking anywhere on the property – $1,000 fine
• Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or significant quiet hours violations are strictly prohibited and may result in a $1,000+ fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• No extra or overnight guests without written approval – $100/person per night
• Absolutely no pets – due to severe tenant allergy
• No mail or package deliveries
• No rearranging furniture or unplugging electronics
• No loud music or noise after 10 PM — we have full-time tenants and quiet hours are strictly enforced
• Be mindful of heavy footsteps and avoid slamming doors, especially after quiet hours
• No early bag drop or pre-check-in access
• Unplug unused appliances and turn off the stove, oven, A/C, and heater when leaving
• Keep noise low in common and shared areas
• Do not mix trash and recycling - subject to $100 fine

Security & Monitoring

• Cameras are located at the building entrance and in the back which is not accessible to guests
• All cameras record video and audio when motion is detected
• A smart noise monitor is installed inside to track volume levels — it does not record audio or video
• There are no cameras inside the unit — all monitoring is for guest safety and property protection only
