This is a lovely apartment with lots of thoughtful touches (packs of ear plugs in the bathroom, scissors in the kitchen, half and half for your coffee, extra towels, usb plugs on the bedside tables). The host responds quickly and thoughtfully. We had a lovely stay.

The apartment was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay there. The communication with our host was always very prompt. It is in a great location for the subway to go into NYC. The neighborhood is charming. We enjoyed spending time wandering the neighborhood and trying out the local restaurants.

This apartment is a superb base for visiting New York without being in the middle of the tourist hustle. Located in Jersey City, it’s perfectly connected by the PATH train (frequent, easy to use, tap your card and go) with direct routes to 33rd Street and the World Trade Center.The area has plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee spots. A 20-minute walk takes you to the harbour for stunning views of Manhattan. A great local breakfast option is Semicolon.The apartment has two good-sized double bedrooms, a lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk, plus a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a coffee machine for pods and ground coffee. The bathroom is spacious, with bath, shower, washer, dryer, and thoughtful extras like shampoo and cotton pads.Entry via security code is straightforward, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. I would book again with confidence if staying in New York. Compared to hotels, this is an excellent alternative base. Ideal for couples or families with young adults. The only point to note is that there’s no lift, so the stairs may be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.Overall: 5 stars – highly recommended!

Wonderful place

Apartment was clean, cozy and organized. They have thought of every little detail to make you feel like home. The space was VERY nice and would 1000% recommend to anyone. Stayed with my 7 & 10 year old so safety and cleanliness means a lot to me, both were delivered! If we are in the area again, I would stay here again!

Amazing until filled with thoughtful touches

The unit was exactly as described, and impeccably clean and cozy! The personal touches throughout the unit were perfect and incredibly thoughtful! The unit is well furnished with great furniture and comfortable beds! We came during a heat wave, and the unit’s AC kept us cool and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to the PATH station and convenient to the city! We were also close to the Ferry for an easy water ride into Manhattan!Peter is an amazing host who communicates well, and we would certainly stay here again!

Stayed with my two teenage kids, for five day NYC adventure. Right around the corner from the PATH station. Everything you need in easy walking distance, groceries, parks, bars. Any family or couple of couples would be super comfortable at this apartment.

Family of 3.We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom apartment in Jersey City. The space was cozy, warm, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Loved staying here. There were so many special touches where the owner went above and beyond - very thoughtful! Location was close to everything, really cute, fun neighborhood. Parking was an issue, but we used the mall parking garage and it was only a few minutes' walk. So much to see and do, so many options. Owner was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

We had the most wonderful stay at Peter's apartment in Jersey City. It was spacious and comfortable, incredibly clean, and had everything you might need during your trip. The beds and sofa were very comfortable for relaxing and the needed rest, the shower is very good, and the kitchen/dining area great for meals when staying in. The area was good too, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to the PATH train to get to Manhattan. It is also walking distance from Liberty State Park which has great views of the skyline. Communication with Peter was very good and easy as well. I am keeping this apartment in mind for when we want to come back, and would recommend it to everyone.
