The staffed were very nice, hotel was clean also. Rooms were too small. Hardly any spaces left for your essentials. The kitchen had no utensils at all! Not even spoons and folks. Lol. The room had musky smell when you walked in as well. Although it was very clean.

Standard Family Twin City View - simple stay for 2 nights. Location - in Jeju city, a short walk (50m) from bus 202 stop. Useful for people travelling from Seogwipo or the west coast. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket (round the corner) within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Less than 10 mins taxi drive away from Jeju International Airport. Room - was quiet on the 5th floor. Not my expectation of a city view from my room as I was looking at the back of other buildings. Shower water pressure was strong. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. Bonus - A laundry room (complementary) for hotel guests to use with 5 washers and 3 dryers. The free homemade sandwich provided in the morning was much appreciated during the stay.

Our room was lovely and they had free sandwiches delivered to your door every morning - they were both healthy/nutritious and yummy! Came with two slices of orange too. Close to convenient bus stops e.g. we took a direct bus to Osulloc Tea Museum (1 hour or less in total, with bus stop only a few minutes away). Staff were helpful too!
