Quite possibly the worst experience at a hotel. Because it was winter, they had taken all the air conditioning remotes from the room and turned up the floor heating with no way to turn it off. My room was hot so i went to the empty front desk (this was only like 9pm) and knocked and yelled and no one came. Went back to my room and tried to look for a remote once more and failed, so went back to the front desk and yelled louder. This time an obviously drunk and sleeping guy emerged and i asked him for the AC remote to which he said no. Then i asked if we could turn off the floor heating in the room and he said no. Then he told me to OPEN THE DOOR. That was the solution so their hotel can save on electricity on AC. We ended up opening the window and dealing with the street noise all night.
To top it all off, my family had let in the cleaning lady to take the garbage in the morning and she opened the closed bathroom door without even knocking (theres no lock on the bathroom door btw) while someone was on the toilet. Definitely never coming back.
