The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. Worth to mentioned that each luggage weight not less than 17 kg. The surrounding is beautiful and serene, garden well maintained.

Great resort for a family trip!

Great resort for family trip! Three of us spent a night here and we really enjoyed a sunset view and hot springs. Also only 5 min away from ocean side walk! Also, very friendly staff!

Not recommend and you should try to avoid this.

Staffing issue, they look like high school student all of staff, they are not educated about hotel and the owner seem to save money by not hiring professional staff. Bed mattress was terrible. We couldn’t sleep on the bed because left upper mattress was sink and lower than other side so we could lay down on the bed. Finally, we had to sleep at the sofa. Unprofessional staff said “we will checked” Somebody’s hair on the floor and shower and not cleaned. Terrible expensive snack bar. This hotel seem unprofessional family business but they charge five star hotel price on breakfast, snack bar and so on. This is the terrible hotel I ever never been.
