I booked the last minute trip and I’ve learned a very valuable lesson. PLAN WELL NEXT TIME SO I DON’T HAVE TO STAY IN THE HOTELS LIKE THIS!! The staff was asleep when I arrived which is understandable. But when I called at 6am to complain about the loud group of tourists, there was no action taken by the staff/owner. I’m pretty pissed at myself for staying here. 방음이 잘 안돼있는건 물론이고 일단 컴프레인 걸어도 아무 소용 없구요. 정말 최악의 경험이었어요. 제주도가 처음이었는데 그냥 차라리 해외로 쭈욱 다닐 생각입니다.

예약 확인도 제대로 안되고 3인으로 예약했으나 비품들은 2인분 밖에 없어서 다시 요청함 청소상태 매우 불량함 바닥에 먼지 쌓인게 눈에 보임 욕실 상태 불량함 매트리스 푹신함이 1도 없음 주차공간은 객실에 비해 턱없이 부족 난 잠만 잘 수 있으면 상관없다. 이런게 아니라면 비추 뜨거운 물은 잘 나옴

꽤 많은 숙소를 다녔고 슬림호텔도 처음 가봤을때 좋은 이미지가 있어서 다시 이용하게 되었는데 하나부터 열까지 관리가 안되고 있는 느낌이라서 예약을 후회했어요.

사진과 다름니다. 작은 스탠드 티비, 화장실 곰팡이가 가득합니다. 욕실 시설 파손 상태. 타월에서 상태도 안좋습니다. 머리카락이 나왔네요.

정말 최악이었습니다. 더럽고 청소도 안되어있었으며 쾌쾌한 냄새와 심지어 화장실문도 없더군요. 천정엔 물이 샌 자국과 침대 매트리스도 최악. 다음날 하루종일 허리가 아픈상태입니다. 제주시내에 있고 호텔이란 이름만 믿고 찾았다가 실망이 매우 컸습니다. 다시는 찾지않을듯하네요.
