All I can say is fabulous!!! The room size, use of space, decor, and view were top-tier!!!! Treat yourself and your loved ones of visiting JeJu. The location was quite walkable and the laundromat being nearby, added to the awesomeness of the stay! When they say “DREAM TOWER” in the title of this Grand Hyatt, they are NOT exaggerating! There is a mall in the lower level and a casino (which) we didn’t use. I truly wish we could have stayed here for about three more days!!!! The price was far below what one would pay at a Grand Hyatt anywhere else in the world! Absolutely phenomenal!

The Grand Hyatt Dream Hotel in Jeju is the definitely the star hotel in Jeju City. Grand towers, impressive range of restaurants, and best facilities on the island. The concierge Suzy was fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was always delicious. There was always a line though to get in; the check-in dining system was inefficient. Indoor pool was nice but wish it was better designed for lap swimming. One end was curved. Would go back and stay there.

Nice large rooms with floor to ceiling windows. The view of the coast was amazing. Large bathroom with a nice tub and separate shower. The staff was ok, but some seating in the lobby would be lovely as there are zero places for people to wait for others except for the lounge area. The 7-11 in the middle floors was a god send as we used it often. Would have been nice if they provided hot water to prepare some of the items they sold though. Room service was pretty good and the food was better than what we were expecting. Many restaurants surround the building.

I love everything about the Grand Hyatt Jeju. It has wonderful staff, the rooms are great. We were even upgraded to sea view rooms cause the hotel could not accommodate adjoining room with our parent. Everything is great except it is too big. It feels like a Las Vegas resort. Crowded and looses some personal charm. This is no means the fault of the staff, at every point, when I needed help, the staff is 100% helpful. It s more of the hustle and bustle and not an island vibe

This is our 2nd stay here because Grand Hyatt Jeju was our favourite hotel for the previous trip and remains the best of the 4 hotels we stayed in Jeju for this trip. The hotel staff were perfect in every aspect. We got a room with club access. The room was huge with a spectacular view of the city all the way out to the mountains and sea. While the food choice is limited in the club lounge, the food served is delicious. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the grand kitchen. Looking forward to our next trip to Jeju and we will definitely stay here again.

Pretty much faultless; spectacular view from the outdoor pool, my hotel room & the sky lounge (38F). Only constructive criticism I have is about the slow sink drainage.

I think from a couple of years the quality of the hotel has gone down a lot. Was really looking forward to my stay this time but was a little bit disappointed with the food and overall smell of the hallways of the hotel. However the pool is always great

Could be more diverse

The hotel room was everything we imagined. The service was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet-delicious. The only downside was it wasn’t very diverse. I was the only person of color which was noticeable from the stares. Lotte should try to be more creative with their advertisements to entice more people from different cultural backgrounds to experience the grand Hyatt. Unless the current situation is intentional. I have stayed at different Grand Hyatts and loved them. This was the only time I felt self aware.

Great location and affordable luxury

Excellent option for staying in Jeju. Rooms have amazing views, are comfortable and modern. Breakfast is an absolute highlight of the trip. Everything was fresh, delicious and the variety was mouthwatering. All kinds of Korean staples plus the usual international fares. Only 10 minutes from the airport and the hotel offers free shuttle starting at 6am. Two pools (one indoors one outdoors), and they’re both super fun. Staff throughout the property was friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel 100%
