In the district of El Tossalet, in the resort 5 m from the centre of El Arenal - Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. For shared use: table tennis. Private: large, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 40 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bar 3 km, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4.4 km, rocky beach "Segundo Muntanyar" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 5 km, surf school 3.5 km, sailing school 5 km, tennis 4.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
