You will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the master bedroom occupying the upper level and featuring a private lounge, sun terrace, dressing room, and spacious ensuite bathroom with twin sink unit. The second bedroom is luminous with patio doors opening onto the corner terrace and ensuite shower room. The third bedroom overlooks the grassed garden area, while the fourth bedroom has twin beds and ceiling fan. The villa features air conditioning throughout, central heating, Wi-Fi, TV with a vast mixture of channels, modern well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, and elegant oval dining area.



Step outside to your private garden surrounded by lawns and Mediterranean landscaping with fruit trees. The kidney shaped pool measures 8x4 and is surrounded by paved terraces with jacuzzi and 8 sunbeds with parasols.
