Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop "Mas y Mas carretera del Pla" 2.9 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3.6 km. Sports harbour 4.5 km, golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km, surf school 4.5 km, sailing school 4.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, double hand-basin, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase) living room.
