Simplemente excepcional
Lo peor que puedo decir de este alojamiento, de esta casa de vacaciones, es que la disfrutamos poco tiempo. Por lo demás, todo magnífico. La casa, de una planta y con una estructura, preciosa (un pasillo alrededor de un patio central). Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, cocina con todo y un salón perfecto, con todo el equipamiento tecnológico. Tiene un jardín enorme y una piscina fantástica. Una zona muy tranquila para relajarse con la naturaleza. Y el anfitrion, Eric, un encanto de persona. Discreto, amable, educado... Una maravilla.Y no voy a seguir pues parece que me han pagado por la valoración. Pero no, es satisfacción por la estancia. Y, además, permite llevar mascotas.¿Se puede pedir algo mejor? Sí. Más tiempo.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten, auch Ideal für einen Hund
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr großen Garten. Das Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt, so dass unser kleiner Hund frei laufen konnte. Auch der Pool mit dem Liegebereich ist extra umzäunt, so besteht keine Gefahr das Hund oder kleinere Kinder ins Wasser fallen könnten.
Es gibt eine Terrasse mit einer natürlich begrünten Pergola. Man kann zu jeder Tageszeit draußen im Schatten sitzen, sonnige Bereiche stehen aber hinreichend viele zur Verfügung.
Der Pool hingegen ist ganztags in der Sonne. Somit ist das Wasser schön warm und man ist halbwegs vor den unvermeidlichen Mücken geschützt.
Die Aussicht auf den Berg ist spektakulär, die Gartenanlage ist mit Palmen und Büschen sehr schön angelegt.
Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.
In Summe ein perfektes Haus, wir waren drei Wochen dort und konnten den Aufenthalt genießen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft zu relaxen.
Wir hatten 10 traumhaft schöne Tage in unserer Unterkunft. Superschön angelegter Garten in dem man auch bei großer Hitze immer einen schattigen Platz findet. Der Pool war größer als vom Foto erwartet. Das Haus ist für 4-5 Erwachsene mehr als großzügig. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad. Kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig. Ebenso ein Arzt, falls benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter erfolgte vor Ort per Telefon/what´sApp. Dieser war in Minuten vor Ort und ist sehr sympathisch.

Schöner Urlaub am Fusse des Montgo
Sehr gut ausgestattetes und angenehmes Ferienhaus mit Klima in allen Schlafzimmer. Obwohl das Wetter nicht gut war, haben wir unser Urlaub genossen. Es gibt auch Hunderte wenn nicht Tausende von Bücher die man bei Regen gemütlich im Hause lesen kann :-)

Très agréable séjour en famille
Magnifique endroit, la location est tout à fait conforme à la description et sa situation est tout simplement idéale. Au pied du Montgo, au calme mais très proche de Javea, la location allie tous les avantages, la mer proche, la ville de Javea, ses quartiers historiques ainsi que son bord de mer à l’ambiance balnéaire sont rapidement accessibles. Quant à la location en elle-même, charmante, bien équipée, parsemée de petits endroits ombragés avec tables et chaises pour s’y attarder à la contemplation du lieu. La piscine est superbe, bien dimensionnée, elle permet à toute la famille de s’y détendre et de s’y rafraîchir. Le terrain est en espalier, ce qui le rend charmant, avec ses plantations d’espèces locales magnifiques, le tout bien clôturé, précision importante en cas de séjour avec animaux de compagnie. Le propriétaire est disponible, chaleureux et très impliqué dans sa région d’adoption. Bref, la perfection, le dépaysement assuré, l’impression d’avoir réussi nos vacances!
