Greet Altamar Eden, an elegant two-bedroom terraced house in the lush Altamar I complex, just a five-minute walk from the golden sands of Arenal. Think of peaceful days on the beach, sunset cocktails and everything within reach: restaurants, bars, boutiques and, of course, the sparkling Mediterranean.



Inside, everything revolves around enjoying a stress-free holiday. The living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen blend perfectly, making it the ideal space to relax, catch up, and enjoy those long, peaceful mornings. There is air conditioning everywhere, so you'll stay cool no matter what. And because stress-free holidays are essential, there is a private underground parking space, so you'll never have to circle the block looking for a spot.



Salt and the covered terrace with a comfortable sofa invite you to relax and enjoy the tranquil views of the garden. At the front, your own private outdoor space is perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing with a book. And with a convenient guest toilet on the ground floor, everything is prepared for a relaxed stay.



On the upper floor, you will find two spacious rooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both designed for restful nights and relaxing breaks. The shared bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, so you can refresh yourself after a day of salty beach. And if you need to dry your swimsuit, there is even a side terrace for that.

JH's advice: Altamar Eden is very close to Altamar Blue and Altamar Townhouse. If you come with family or friends, booking any of the other properties could be a good option!



Important notice - 1/ Please note that groups of people under 25 years old are not permitted in this establishment. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or to minors accompanied by adults who are also staying at the establishment. If you are under the minimum required age and proceed to confirm the booking anyway, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose any right to a refund.

2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, with a duration of more than 31 nights, receive a special discounted rate and do NOT include public utility expenses, such as electricity and water, nor weekly bed linen changes. The use of public utilities is paid upon departure.
