My first impression about This hotel was excellent from check in, free upgrade to executive room was so kind to how clean and comfortable the room was. All staff were very polite and also helpful. They even agreed to lend me a towel for my short onward journey last minute. My only concern was about the restaurant on second floor where they serve breakfast. I noticed some “cockroaches “ around fruit baskets and coffee machine area, they have an excellent food choices displayed all exposed and that really concerned me. This was reported to staff at the restaurant twice and also to the reception. I was expecting an urgent attention to that though I only reported it the day before I checked out when I accidentally noticed it but sadly on my final day it was the same. I am only mentioning this because I believe this hotel with its excellent staff could potentially do a lot better and can not compromise on general cleanliness and health of its guests.

Great places. In a nice neighborhood. Hotel has swimming pool , gym, spa. It was comfy staying!! It I return to Jakarta again I’ll stay in the same hotel!! Overall I enjoy it a lot.

リピーターです。

チェックイン２日間はルームキーが利かない状態となり２度フロントに対応してもらったが、対応も対応後も問題はなかった。 ただ1/31（金）は、近所でイベントがあるのか大きな音と振動が日中うるさかった。 あと、空港シャトルバスが有るとの記載があるが、聞いてみてもバスはなくタクシーを勧められた。
