Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Bad service ever

This is not a hotel standard in Jakarta, this is only apartment rental. I tried to call the owner to confirm my booking, but no answer. It just like lost at no where. If there were posibility to cancel my booking and return my money, i will do. Luckily I could convince apartment guards to give apartment key. Since now the owner never call me back. It very bad experiences and the rent price not worth at all.
