Place was perfect for us 7 men, all over the age of 65, to stay. Place had everything we needed, was clean and had plenty of room. We golfed in the area all four days and cooked all our meals at the home. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place!

Great retreat in the woods
Wonderful experience. House was very clean. Property is beautiful. It was a great retreat in the woods. Host was very responsive.
Beautiful home and grounds! Spacious indoors and out with showers, beds and privacy for several people. Lake offered various wildlife including Loons, Trumpeter Swans, Owls and songbirds. Home is easily navigable with all switches labled. The kitchen is very modern and offers all the amenities you could want. Outside screen room was very popular with our group. Drive way is very accommodating!

Great Family Memories Were Made Here….
This beautiful home was the perfect setting for our family vacation. It easily accommodated the eight of us. With three good-sized bathrooms, a sauna/exercise room, generous gazebo, fire pit (s’mores, anyone?!), paddle boat, and combo propane/pellet grill, this place was just full of surprises! On the property we saw cranes, a beaver lodge, hummingbirds, a deer and fawns, and turtles laying their eggs. We hiked Savannah Portage State Park and were rewarded by seeing a loon, ate dinner at the Rapids Brewery Company in Grand Rapids, and at the nearby Sandy Beaver. The very pleasant owner responded promptly to our questions during the trip planning and while we were there. Overall, this was a terrific experience, and we would return again. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!
