Casa de diseño en excelente ubicación en una calle tranquila, a 450 metros de la calle principal, 700 a la playa o 6-8 minutos a pie.

Nueva construcción con techos altos y una mezcla ecléctica de estilos modernos y rústicos. Es seguro y está totalmente climatizado.

Piscina grande y completamente privada, junto a una terraza de pizarra con techo de paja y parrilla a gas.

La propiedad está amurallada y consta de dos dormitorios, dos baños, casa principal y dos apartamentos de eficiencia adyacentes con baño privado. Una pasarela interior conecta los apartamentos con la casa principal y el área de la piscina.

La situación de la ropa de cama es la siguiente:
Dormitorio 1: 1 King
Dormitorio 2: 1 reina
Sala de estar: 1 sofá cama Queen
Apartamento 1: 1 completo (doble) y 2 gemelos
Apartamento 2: 1 completo (doble) y 2 gemelos

La casa principal tiene dos dormitorios que se abren a la terraza de la piscina. El dormitorio principal tiene un rey y el dormitorio al lado tiene una cama Queen. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana, baño privado y armario con caja de seguridad.

La sala de estar en la casa principal tiene muchos sofás y salones muy cómodos alrededor de un área de entretenimiento que consiste en un televisor inteligente HD de pantalla plana de 48 pulgadas, con equipo de sonido de cine en casa con Bluetooth y reproductor de DVD / Bluray. Dos niños pueden dormir en el sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar.

La cocina completa de la casa principal es grande y está bien equipada con estufa / horno, licuadora, olla arrocera, microondas grande y refrigerador. Está separada de la sala de estar por un mostrador de desayuno de concreto terminado con sillas altas.

Cada uno de los dos apartamentos tiene capacidad para cuatro personas en una cama doble y dos camas individuales. Cada apartamento tiene un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de alta definición inteligente de 40 pulgadas, una pequeña cocina con nevera y microondas, baño privado y caja de seguridad.

Los precios citados aquí son para toda la propiedad. La tarifa base de la casa completa es para hasta 8 adultos (18+). A partir de entonces, se agregará automáticamente una tarifa adicional de $ 25 por adulto por noche más impuestos y tarifas. Los niños no pagan esta tarifa.

Solo del 2 de mayo al 16 de diciembre, la casa es configurable para grupos familiares (no grupos de solteros) de 4 u 8 personas que no necesitan toda la casa y desean privacidad. Wonderful stay

We ranged in age from 13 to 75-a family group of ten. This worked perfectly for us with enough rooms and bathrooms for privacy and rest when needed. The pool was so appreciated. Such a good size that we could all fit in! We are not used to hot weather so it was a much needed cool down each day. Thank you Gabriel. Cheers, Tricia and Jerry

The place is a fortress, a compound and a dream home getaway all in one. Walking distance to all of Jaco's attractions, including the beach, supermarket, clubs and local eateries. I would highly recommend this location for either a suffers trip, a guys trip or even a family vacay as it is quite spacious, centrally located and very nice. Best trip of my life

Internet and cable didn’t work

The two bedrooms were connected so you have to walk thru 1 to get to the other. I had to work on this trip so not having internet was not good but the manager really tried and was very nice No discount for no cable or internet.

Phenomenal Beach Home

I stayed at this property with my extended family (mom, siblings, etc.) over the week of Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time! The property was spotless, fully equipped with everything we could have needed, and close to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. All the trips / add-ons they recommended, including airport transfer and Catamaran tour, were excellent. Would definitely visit Costa Rica and this property again!

It was a total of 13 of us and it was very accommodating and private for all my family members. I had great support from Gabriel, he was always on top of what we needed. We had a last minute change, pick up time for my family member changed and Gabriel still managed to make sure my family members still had someone who would pick them up. The location was amazing, walking distance from the beach, the Main Street in Jaco where all the restaurants and super market are. I would recommend this property and management company to anyone. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Jaco or a quick taxi ride. Really enjoyed the privacy of the house. Gabriel answered any questions promptly, and any issues we had with the house were dealt with quickly by Jose, the manager.

The property is very close to the main strip in Jaco but just far enough to get away from it all. You will not need a car, unless you are planning on traveling outside of Jaco and that is not part of the many tour guides available. There's plenty of space to cook and entertain.

Great House

Very good house to rent, has everything you need in a house for a vacation. House is in the heart of Jaco and perfect location. Property Manager was very helpful and nice. We arrived late from the airport, he still came to meet us at the house and show us everything around the house. Also anytime i emailed him about a question he replied back asap. I will be back. I recommend anybody heading to Jaco, Costa Rica to rent this house.
