Housekeeping knocked on door at 935am. We had our do not disturb sign on and check out was at 11. We could not use our keys to get in the door close to our room. I am thankful for the up grade on room. But I am not impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the lighting. I paid 20$ for early check in and all lamps had dust, window had lots of bugs in it and had to have someone come clean it. Remote had tape on it. Phone had in proper room number. I was an executive housekeeping manager at a hotel. For the price and extra pay for early arrival, that I got I feel I paid to much for what I got.

The property is showing its age with both furniture in rooms and cleanliness. The cabinet in our room looked like something ate the entire bottom of it, but I was told it was just old. Also the carpets were in need of cleaning or replacement.

Came in the lobby at 2 and was told quite rudely that there was no check in until 3. Both beds had stains on the bedding and the pillows. Free breakfast had to be eating inside of a very small space and all the tables were dirty.

We stay here again!

Our Girlfriend weekend to Marshall's Home Tour was great and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the Quality Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was excellent.

What I liked was that the staff was outstanding, very kind and accommodating, to the limits they could. What I did not like is that the accessible room was very inadequate. There were no bars in the bathtub, the height of the bathtub made it hard to get into, and the one bar outside the bathtub was very hard to reach, and the shower head was so high, it was impossible to adjust. The carpet was dirty and the easy chair was dirty. The bed was very clean and relatively comfortable.

Pool and Hot tub were nice, unfortunately there were three cockroaches in our room. They came out in the morning when we were leaving! One in the shower and two running across the floor. Luckily we were leaving. When we told the front desk they didn’t seem to care that much.

Great hotel stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was great both times. My only issue was when I booked I ask for a handicap room and this room was not a handicap room. There was no way I could get in or out of the bathtub. The rest of the room was great though plenty of room for my wheelchair. The pillows were fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel

Couldn’t get Wi-Fi. Their answer was to call corporate. The room was dirty, stained bed, spread torn window shares big tear on the window screen floor stained and slightly damp room was humid. Requested a handicap room. I said they didn’t have any after I was told, I got one. Not a very good stay at all.
