The hotel needs to be updated. My room smelled musty and the water was yellow. Not sure why. The person who checked me in was kind. She took my credit card for incidentals but when I tried to buy bottled water she said she couldn’t bill it to my room. It was cash only. So were the vending machines. She seemed embarrassed. But there was no way I was drinking the hotel water so she let me have a bottle.

We enjoyed our stay overnight. We were here for a school event and are from out of town. We enjoyed the comfort and the safety of the property. Loved walking out the front door and seeing the large cross just outside of the doors!

The room didn’t have any soundproofing between the rooms. I could hear every word my neighbors said. Other than that the facility was clean and well maintained. That’s why I gave it a lower score. There was a peculiar odor in the rooms.

Hotel is nice and clean. The staff is difficult to understand and uncommunicative. English is not their first language and not one of the 3 we saw ever smiled or made us feel welcome in any way. We are friendly and smiling but it was never returned. Eerie.
