A nice stay in İzmir

Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent room service, kind staff. Very good breakfast. Close to a big shopping mall. We stayed one night and definitely prefer to stay as a family when we come to İzmir.

We arrived after midnight and the location was great, 7 minutes from the airport, great hotel, the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location location was super convenient for visiting around

Awful nights sleep, avoid!

Worst night sleep of my life. Air conditioning didn’t work, mentioned it to them in the morning they said they’d sort, also Hotels.com spoke with them about it. Got back after first day and still not working, so I checked out early, tried to “upgrade” me to a suite but I didn’t want it. Rooms small, beds uncomfortable, fridge sounded like a washing machine going off all night. Would not recommend staying here at all!! More of a 2star hotel.

I like it.

Fast check in, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff ( they don’t speak English). My room with street view, it was noisy. Very close to Izmir Optimum Shopping center.

Very comfortable stay

The hotel was clean which is the most important standard during covid. The breakfast was okay, can’t be better when unforunately they can’t offer open buffet because of the pandemic. More importantly the staff were very nice and helpful; they were willing to assist to any situation. I had a nice view facing the green mountains of the Eagean. Would recommend.

The property was in ideal location, very clean and the staff were very helpful. They dealt will all my requests with speed and efficiency. I do feel that more items for tea in the room would have been useful. I didn't like the fact that once we vacated the room we lost internet access straight away. I would definitely be using this hotel again. Staff are really nice as well.

Hotel is elegant and clean, but A/C in my room was not working during v hot day in summer, after i complained several times they moved me and my family to a small double room ( we were three). When i asked if there is a refund for the difference in price between triple and double room they said no.
