Endless Summer at Paradise Village

Located at Paradise Village at Zion #91, this custom home for large families and friends who feel like family. Each of the five beautiful bedrooms come paired with their own individual bathroom for privacy. Sixteen guests (yes, 16!) sleep comfortably on new, luxury mattresses. Not enough? A queen-sized air mattress can sleep a couple more guests.

Take your vacation to the next level with this beautifully decorated home featuring a grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and a fully-stocked kitchen that would make even Martha Stewart proud. Every detail was considered to make your stay perfect. During a time when cleanliness is key, the home is thoroughly cleaned between visitors.

How's this for fun? At least eight people can fit in the new private hot tub outside. A spiral staircase takes visitors to a roof-top deck with impressive views of Snow Canyon State Park. New patio furniture surrounds a gas firepit, perfect for sunrises and stargazing, and a large patio umbrella to cool off in the shade. A ping pong table is ready to go in the garage. Each bedroom comes with a large smart TV to stream your favorite shows and full-access Dish Network, so you can always watch what you enjoy!

Guests will have full access to the exclusive Paradise Village at Zion property, including a resort-style swimming pool and Kids' Cove water park with the only lazy river in the St. George area. The community clubhouse features a fitness room. The home is next to walking, biking, and hiking trails, Snow Canyon State Park, ten minutes from downtown St. George and an hour from Zion National Park.

Friend get together

We meshed three families into this place. It was just awesome that every bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. We loved the pool in the backyard, but spent most of our time in the community pool area with the lazy river and slides. It was roomy and cozy and very clean and nice. The adults loved it and the kids had an absolute ball.

We also loved the pool and hot tub located at the house! The weather was unseasonably hot during our stay but we still had a great time!

Excellent in every way

Couldn’t have asked for a better property for our stay. Very clean and well-maintained, lots of space and we enjoyed all the amenities basically everyday - hot-tubbing and swimming in the backyard, sitting by the fire on the rooftop patio, etc. Both of the community pool areas were perfect for our family as well. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Awesome stay!

This was a perfect extended family gathering place! We had lots of littles, and it was fun for them in the back pool/hot tub, as well as the water fun-park. Ideal setting for our stay! Kitchen was well equiped and made it easy for stay at home meal time.

Race Cancelation Get Away

We came to St. George to run in the Snow Canyon Half Marathon, but that race was canceled just before we arrived. Thankfully, the property was so nice that we ended up just relaxing and enjoying the time together, minus the race. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Everyone had a great time. We'll certainly come again.

Got the job done

We have been coming to st George for 6 years. This place was our least favorite. The pools however were our favorite. I think if we would have stayed in a different unit we would have had a different experience. But we had broken chairs on our deck, so we didn’t use the deck at all. We had broken Pickleball paddles, broken ping pong paddles, missing a remote in one of the bedrooms, no wash cloths, no kleenexes and ran out of toilet paper. Oh and the hot tub didn’t get hotter than a 97. So that didn’t get much use by adults at all. This was the most expensive place we have stayed at so far. Sadly we won’t be coming back.

We Love staying here

This is the second time we have stayed here and both experiences were wonderful. The only thing I would wish was different was that there was more parking at the house. But the rooms, the amenities, the cleanliness etc were all great!

This property was great. Very clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk room and the rooftop deck. My husband and I loved the hot tub and the super comfortable beds. I highly recommend it!
