Fiquei muito satisfeito
Estou satisfeito desde o atendimento atĂ© a entrega do imĂłvel. O gramado estava bem aparado, piscina e dependĂȘncias bem limpas, realmente sĂŁo muitos quartos e banheiros, todos com ventilador. De modo geral tem muito espaço pra diversĂŁo e tambĂ©m locais mais reservados. Piscina muito grande, bastante espaço pra ficar 20 pessoas sossegadas. Superou a minha expectativa, pois as imagens do anuncio na verdade nĂŁo valorizam o imĂłvel como realmente Ă© pessoalmente. Talvez o Ășnico problema, seria a estrada de terra, quem nĂŁo estĂĄ acostumado se assusta, mas da pra chegar tranquilo.

Ătimo sĂtio para grandes grupos
A anfitriĂŁ Angela foi muito solĂcita e atenciosa desde o momento da locação e em todos os contatos que tivemos com ela! Assim como o JosĂ© Carlos que mora no sĂtio e nos recebeu muito bem dando um tour e instruçÔes por todos os lugares.
O sĂtio acomoda muito bem grupos grandes (estĂĄvamos em 13 pessoas) e tem uma paisagem incrĂvel ao seu redor! Muito calmo e revigorante!
O local no geral é bem espaçoso, cozinha bem equipada, årea de lazer e churrasqueira com ótima disposição. Todos os quartos possuem ventilador, o que foi uma ótima surpresa.
A casa é bonita e confortåvel, mas pede algumas manutençÔes båsicas:
- muitas tomadas e luzes nĂŁo funcionam, especialmente na ĂĄrea externa
- alguns equipamentos também apresentaram falhas, como a geladeira externa (que não funcionou nos primeiros 2 dias sem nenhuma explicação) e a torradeira.
- Pegamos dias de muita chuva e percebemos que a calha precisa de manutenção e muitas telhas da ĂĄrea coberta do quintal estĂŁo furadas. Em dias de chuva, a Ășnica ĂĄrea que fica de fato protegida Ă© o interior da casa.
- A piscina infantil nĂŁo estĂĄ funcionando (nĂŁo comprometeu a nossa estadia em si, mas Ă© uma info relevante) e mesmo a piscina grande pede por reparos em alguns azulejos quebrados e na escada.
- O acesso Ă© super rĂĄpido a partir de sĂŁo paulo capital e a maior parte da estrada de terra Ă© bem tranquila. Mas, entre o portĂŁo da chĂĄcara e a casa a estrada Ă© bem sinuosa e em dias de chuva fica intransitĂĄvel.
- NĂłs levamos copos reutilizĂĄveis pois vimos nos feedbacks que nĂŁo haveria copos para todos, e de fato nĂŁo havia.

SĂtio organizado e limpo, a estadia foi Ăłtima.
Quartos confortĂĄveis.
Piscina grande, ótimo espaço da churrasqueira.
Ănico problema foi nĂŁo ter wi-fi e o sinal de internet Ă© pĂ©ssimo. Wi-fi fez muita falta.. porĂ©m a proprietĂĄria me disse q ela jĂĄ estava providenciando e se voltassemos teria jĂĄ.

Ătimo espaço, mas descuidado, o chuveiro de 2 suĂtes nĂŁo estava funcionando e tinha odor de esgoto, pedimos para o caseiro ver o que estava acontecendo, deu uma olhada e falou que o responsĂĄvel iria verificar mais tarde, mas ninguĂ©m foi. A quadra estava cheia de esterco nĂŁo deu para usar. Precisa de mais cuidado

Sitio muito bom, bem grande e espaçoso, tem salĂŁo de jogos, piscina grande realmente atende a quantidade de pessoas que comporta. A cozinha Ă© bem completa, sĂł nĂŁo possui copos e o saca rolhas estava quebrado. Na ĂĄrea da piscina tinha uma espreguiçadeira quebrada e um dos meus convidados acabou deitando e caindo, na hora de ir embora ouvimos a moça da limpeza reclamar sobre isso, sendo que a culpa nĂŁo era nossa, nĂłs que devĂamos reclamar pela falta de manutenção e o risco de se machucar ali. De resto tudo Ăłtimo, limpo e razoavelmente bem cuidado. A casa sede tinha um pouco de cheiro de casa fechada. Amamos nossa estĂĄdia e recomendamos

Bom sitio mas com pontos de melhoria
Como pontos positivos destaco a limpeza dos espaços e da casa, liguei antes de ir para o caseiro que jå deixou as geladeiras e frezeers ligados, muito prestativo o tempo todo.
PorĂ©m como pontos negativos um dos banheiros estava com a luz queimada, janela do banheiro sem vidro, nĂŁo tinha copo na casa, tivemos as sair para comprar. TV nĂŁo funcionava, o caseiro informou que trocaram o receptor de TV digital e desde entĂŁo nunca funcionou, teve falta de energia no sitio numa noite (por umas 2hs) devido uma pequena chuva. No sitio nĂŁo pega sinal de celular, nem voz nem dados, tĂnhamos vivo e claro e nĂŁo funcionou.
De resto aproveitamos bem. Muito obrigado.
