Estadia justa no centrinho do Penedo. Gostei

Vila Francesa é um lugar bem característico, fiquei em um chale com hidromassagem (pequena), um poco distante da recepção e com algumas escadas pequanas para subir, achei aconchegante mas simles, apesar de frio a piscina estava em reformas (vazia). O funcionários muito atenciosos e o café da manhã muito bom.

Salvou a recepção

O local é ótimo, a recepção foi excelente mas não havia vagas no estacionamento e foi aberto outro em que meu automóvel ficou no meio da lama, sujando meus sapatos e vestes, sem contar com o automóvel. O quarto cheirava a mofo, talvez pela localização, no fundo do hotel. Salvou a recepção da equipe que foi ótima.

A localização é excelente. Perto de tudo no centro de Penedo. O check-in foi um pouco lento, mesmo a recepção estando vazia. O quarto confortavel, mas o colchão muito macio para o meu gosto. Pela quantidade de quartos no Hotel (contei 33), achei o salão de café da manhã pequeno (apenas 16 mesas). A reposição dos talheres e pratos foi lenta. O check-out foi rápido.

Valor extremamente alto sem retorno

Paguei um valor alto por 2 dias de diária que se resumem a uma localização boa apenas. O café da manhã não era nada sensacional, extremamente comum. Não limparam o quarto e quando fui pedir toalhas falaram que não limparam porque eu não havia deixado as chaves - porem kk check in ninguém comentou sobre. A única comidade do hotel que é a sauna, nao foi possível utilizar. Na sexta falaram que ela fechava as 17h e no sábado ninguém consegui ligar, mas falaram que era 24h. Um desencontro de informações sempre e a sensação que o valor de 1300 para duas diárias foi extremamente alto, para o retorno. No quarto embaixo da cama tudo muito sujo e a TV extremamente pequena que não conseguíamos nem ver um filme. Estacionamento bom para deixar o carro e chuveiro bom para o banho e localização o que destaco para pontos positivos apenas.

Não gostei de muitas coisas no quarto Fora Do Quarto Era Muito Bom Mas Quando Chegava No Quarto Os Problemas Começavam Tive Que Trocar De Quarto O Primeiro Quarto A Tv Ficava Pedindo Pra Fazer Atualização O Chuveiro Funciona O Quente De Manhã Quando Chegava A Tarde Não Funcionava A Lareira Me Informaram Que A Cada Vez Que Fosse Precisar De Lenha Teria Que Pagar 40,00 Reais E Em Nemhum Momento Foi Me Passado Isso Só No Momento Do Uso Me Trocaram De Quarto Pelo Problema Do Chuveiro Que Não Estava A Tarde O Outro Quarto A Internet Não Pegava Nem A Televisão E O Chuveiro Não Esquentava Quase Nada As Experiências Nos Quartos Foram Horríveis Mas Fora Do Quarto Os Funcionários Muito Gentis Sempre Sempre Tentando Ajudar A Moça Do Café Um Amor De Pessoa E O Café Muito Bom Com Bastante Variedade E Ainda Tinha Um Cafezinho Da Tarde
