Disappointing

Location is good. The staff are friendly. But you can hear everyone coming and going in the hallway like a university dormitory. Couldn't sleep. Beds arent good...had to ask for a blanket as i didnt have a proper cover in the bed. My bathroom was filled with smoke. No window in my room. Very basic. Theres no other service or coffee machine etc...not worth what I paid.
