Good budget hotel.

Check-in process was very poor. Check-in time was 1 pm and our room was not ready until 2:30 pm. Hotel is not far from the Blue Mosque but you have to take a steep hilly road to get there. Overall a good budget hotel.

Spacious and comfortable room. The front desk is very friendly, helpful and responsive to our inquiries. He even helped us to carry our heavy luggage into the airport shuttle.

it was the worse experience that I ever had.It is a fraud hotel, they said I have given your room to somebody else and now you take the room in 50 euro, these people are fraud, I strongly recommend not to take this hotel and In Istanbul which are basically partners

Excellent service

Good location, nice friendly staff, very helpful. Good size room and the bathroom was a very good size. Very good value for money! The fact that the room was in a different building to the actual hotel. The entrance was very run down and had a very distinctive smell that slightly put me off. It was advertised as 3 beds but we got one double bed and a sofa bed.

Hôtel lamentable j’arrive dans l’hôtel on me dit qu’il est complet et on m’amène dans un autre hôtel ok je ne dis rien. Je suis fatiguée je verrai ça demain. J’arrive dans le fameuse hotel qui n’a rien à voir avec ce que j’ai réservé la chambre est minuscule hors je n’avais pas réservé pour une chambre de ce genre. Le lendemain je demande à changer on me dit que ce n’est pas possible donc je reste là où je suis. Le 3 ieme jour je rentre dans l’hôtel rt je vois mes valises a la réception !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ils se sont permis de toucher à mes affaires sous prétexte ma réservation finissai ce jour mais pas du tout Javais payer pour 11 nuits j’ai dû sortir les documents que j’avais heureusement imprimé pour montrer la preuve. Ils se sont « excusés » et je suis remontée dans la chambre avec mes valises. Chambre petite et sale très sale même. Emplacement top en revanche seul point positif vraiment. Un conseil n’allez pas dans cet hôtel !!!!

Nos cambiaron de hotel por overbooking a otro de la misma empresa (Constantinopolis Hotel). Todo nuevo. Estrenamos todo. Cama, ducha y toallas superb. Almohadas a mejorar. No hacen la habitación cada día. A 5 min andando de Sultanahmet. Por lo demás elección excelente
