The rooms were nice and clean but the booking office/process makes you think twice about your choices. The staff were very friendly. We ordered a single 3 bed room and they accommodated us with 2 rooms with double beds (one with sofabed) so it catered to our needs but not what was booked.

Family staying in Istanbul

We are a family of 4 including a 5 year old and 10 month old and we booked a family suite so we could all be together. When we arrived we found that this wasn't actually available and so were put in two rooms next to each other. This was ok but if we had known this was what would happen then we wouldn't have stayed there as it meant we had to have an adult and child in each room rather than all being together. The staff were nice but the rooms were a real let down. Sheets were marked and had holes, hole in the sofa, skirting on the wall coming off in both rooms, no water when it mentions free water in the Expedia ad, very loud from other rooms, fridge was stained. Also it mentions laundry facilities but actually it has to be sent away rather than you being able to do it yourself. The location was great and it was an easy walk to a great food area but not worth it for the rooms.
