Friendly staff and understandable. The front reception guy was very helpful and accommodating. He even helped us move the luggage upstairs. Asked if there is a place that serves Turkish tea and within a few minutes the guy showed up with two cups of tea. Helped us ordered food on his mobile when mine was not working. Great staff and I highly recommend it.
