This hotel needs update. It’s like 1.5-2 star hotel. The breakfast is decent. The only reason to stay there if you’re visiting historical sites. Maybe one or two days is plenty of time. And then I would find another hotel out of the area.

Hotel is at very nice location and staff is very friendly. Room was quite small in size but overall just enough. Hotel has a pool, hamam and sauna and excellent breakfast option. I would recommend staying at this hotel. Excellent value for the money.

Poor hotel management

The hotel was good value for the price. The location was good with easy access to main shopping areas and metro to visit the cultural sites. The pool area was chaotic. We booked this hotel because it had a pool.and sauna but the staff in the pool area made you feel unwelcome. The staff were using the changing rooms for personal showers The changing room was crammed with the staff who were doing their makeup and cleaning at the same time and getting ready for massages. We arrived down at 1130 am each morning ..the pool and sauna was supposed to be open at 11am but it was never ready with mops and buckets all over the place and no clean towels. I think the pool was managed separately from the hotel and focused on a dubious massage business. The hotel staff upstairs were very courteous and efficient.

Good budget hotel.

The location of this hotel is around 10 mins walk to Taksim Square . However the rooms are very small, request a room on the top floor, and the housekeeping is average.

Clean but on the small side.

Good clean hotel close to Taksim square. Slightly further away than others down hill a little. Rooms,bed bathroom were a bit small. Good breakfast offering.

Great location to stay in Istanbul

We were a group of 10 friends wanting to enjoy Istanbul and we found on internet this hotel in Taksim square. The location was really good, walking distance from very good restaurants and the tram/metro station gave us good access to visit the Hagia Sofia Museum, the Bazaar, the Blue Mosk, Galata Tower, Galata Bridge and so on. The hotel room was very clean, spacious enough, nice bathroom, nice breakfast, only the wifi was poor and no view but again the location was just great.
