Never saw the cleaning lady once. Everytime she arrives she was on video and speaker phone that all tenants can hear her conversation and problems. She constantly was yelling on the phone when she’s working. They literally leave a broom and a mop outside your door for you to clean. If you want toiletries you have to message the owner and wait a few days for it to be delivered. We ended up buying our own. The owner Abdullah is a respectful man, his communication was great with tenants. However the kitchen faucet was broken, we have rodent problems and no cleaning service. All information provided here was given to the owner so he was aware that even tho his communication service was good, him not being on the property was a hinder to the apartment because the cleaning lady didn’t do her job.

What is advertise it’s not what u see when u arrive, the place is disgusting & unsafe pictures look nothing like what u see advertised on Expedia. even the address is not the same as what’s listed in the booking. Upon arrival we tried to contact someone by phone only to be meet w foul language we felt unsafe & did not end up staying at the property meanwhile the hotel refuses to issue a refund & Expedia can not process a refund unless the hotel approves it!!

Appartement semble t'il rénover récemment mais n'importe comment ...je ne saurais citer le nombre de défaut tellement il y en a de la douche qui evacue mal a la cuvette de wc qui bouge en passant pat le manque de prise ou lumière proche du lit...une hote mais pas de plaque de cuisson ni rien pour faire la cuisine ... pas de serviettes ni tapis de bain ni torchon ..bref pour le prix (23nuit) et un court moment ca peut allez mais sinon j'aurais mis 1 etoile ... Arrivé tres compliqué l'adresse n'était pas bonne et communication en anglais compliqué avec le proprio...

Estaba bien situada, correcta, en relación a otros lugares estaba mejor. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad. Lamentablemente no hay ascensor y estabamos en el 4º piso, pero a cambio teniamos una ventana que daba a un patio interior, sin ruidos y mucha luz. Lo malo, falta de utensilios en la cocina, cucharitas, una cafetera, faltaba una buena limpieza del hornillo de mesa, que estaba oxidado. El chico que nos atendió, un muchacho fue muy amable, incluso nos ayudó a subir las maletas, eso no es frecuente y es de agradecer. Subiendo por una calle cercana estabamos a una parada del tramvia que nos llevaba a la zona principal. Totalmente recomendable.
