The exterior of Villa Alti is a real private paradise. The villa has a large garden with an English lawn that directly overlooks the sea, creating an atmosphere of space and freedom where children can play safely. A terrace shaded by a bioclimatic pergola, equipped with a brazier, heating mushroom and barbecue, is the ideal place for outdoor lunches and dinners. A living area with outdoor sofa and armchairs offers a perfect space to relax and enjoy the sunset view. A private gate leads to the beach, just 10 meters away. And for a refreshing dip, a private pool awaits you! Charging for electric vehicles is also available in our private car park for 1 car. Villa Alti's terrace has a heated hot tub with a beautiful view of the sea. Equipped with deckchairs and a fridge for drinks, it is an exclusive corner of peace to enjoy unforgettable aperitifs with a view of the sunset.
The interiors of the villa are characterized by large sliding glass doors that offer a beautiful view of the garden and the outdoor area. The open-plan living room, decorated in a contemporary style, includes a lounge and dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary facilities for cooking. Both the living room and the kitchen are air conditioned and overlook the swimming pool (8x4 meters) and the solarium with deckchairs and straw canopies. Very fast and stable WiFi connection with optical fiber, perfect for digital nomads who want to work remotely and at the same time enjoy the beauty, food and sea of Sicily.
The two air-conditioned bedrooms are elegantly furnished, both mattresses have toppers offering maximum comfort for a rejuvenating sleep. Both offer access to a private veranda and have en suite bathrooms. A third bathroom is located outside with 2 Maldivian-style washbasins. The toilets, the shower and the laundry room are, on the other hand, inside.
Electricity consumption included up to 250 kW per week (36 kW per day). If consumption is exceeded, an extra amount of 1.10 cents per KW will be requested.
