Perfect for Large Groups!

Perfect spot

The houses we rented were in a perfect location to enjoy the local restaurants and bars. Also very easy access to the beach and the local shops. The property managers were very helpful throughout the process and I would highly recommend the properties.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had an amazing week long stay at these properties. The houses were huge and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The neighborhood is active and we enjoyed the live music from the local establishments on our rooftop deck.

Great place for a large family gathering

This was a great place for us to have a large, extended family vacation. The space was perfect - good gathering space but also nice privacy with all the rooms and bedrooms. Easy access to the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Such a fun week for us - great memories!

Perfect Wedding Weekend Location

We rented Sand Dunes and Sea Shell houses for my daughter’s wedding weekend. It was perfect! Lots of space for our whole extended family! And the location was great! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and fun bars! The management company was quick to respond to a couple of requests! I would highly recommend this property!!!

Hockey Trip

We had 6 hockey families stay here for 3 nights and the proximity to the beach, restaurants and roof top were amazing. The houses also had plenty of room for 26 of us. We 100% would come back.

Great for a large bachelorette party!

We stayed at these two houses for my cousin’s bachelorette party, and they were absolutely perfect! With 12 girls, it was such a treat for everyone to have their own room. Both houses were beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend. The location was great, and the setup allowed us to enjoy plenty of time together while still having our own space to unwind. Highly recommend for any group looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Exceeded everyone’s expectations

Accommodations, closeness to the beach, closeness to restaurants and shopping, and closeness to Charleston and all its amenities. All added up to making this one of the wisest decisions we’ve ever made.

Big Fat Portuguese Wedding

Having two houses side by side was the perfect place for our large family to stay while in town for a wedding. The houses were very comfortable with more than enough space for our group of 16. The WiFi was not the best but that is really the only thing I can complain about. The host was very responsive and took care of my requests very quickly.

IOP Trip

We rented both of these houses side by side for our families while here for our wedding. Size of rentals worked perfect. Location had a lot to do in walkable distance but can be a little loud at night and in the morning. Patio furniture cushions need an update and were all torn. Other than that great stay

Stayed for graduation weekend

Location was great except for all the noise late night from bar across the street. House was really clean but lots of things like chairs are on last days of life and about to fall apart. Especially stuff on the rooftop. Beds are great. Refrigerator is on its last leg and struggles to keep things cold. All in all I was please with everything. Size was awesome for us. We had 4 over 80 years old and elevator was broken so that did not help us. The a/c was perfect.

Wedding trip

The location was perfect. The 2 homes needed some updating. They came and fixed one of the garage door openers. The other house also had a broken door that they didn’t fix. There was not enough silverware. Overall it was good. The garbage in the garage smelled terrible when we arrived. Most of it was removed the next day.

Isle of Palms vacation

We stayed in two beach houses, side by side, right along JC Long Blvd, just a short walk to the Atlantic and nice beach. The Beach houses, Sand Dune and Sea Shell were very clean. We had a few issues: the dishwashers gave us some troubles, we noticed that two hanging lights near kitchen and dining areas in one of the houses, had frayed wires near the tops of the lights. There were a lot of stairs to climb in order to get to the living quarters of each house...we didn't know that ahead of time. If one has person[s] in wheelchairs, these two houses would be hard to stay in. Each house does have an elevator, but we were informed that those were only for employees to use, not the vacationing guests.

What. A. Weekend!

Our entire bridal party stayed at this house for our Friday wedding. We stayed from Wednesday through Sunday morning. The houses are 100% beach houses. The coastal charm made them feel like a homes and not just a prefab to rent. The size of the homes (rooftop and garages included) were large enough to allow others to stop by for a greeting As they arrived in town. It reminded me of a childhood vacation home we used to rent, which made it all the more special. I cannot say enough good things about the PM company though. They were so responsive, so accommodating and truly hospitable. The checkin process was so smooth and the checkout process was a breeze. Mind you we were also here during Hurricane Helene so that was a wild experience but they checked on us and made sure we felt supported. Also the location is phenomenal! GO TO THE DINGHY next door! Dive bar and just an awesome spot to end the night and walk across the street back home. (Leave the kids with grandma though). Whole area is super safe. Everyone walks or rides their golf carts and the vibe is super friendly. In short if you’re looking for a friends getaway, family vaca or getting married around the area, definitely stay here. And use the roof! We made so many memories up there this weekend.

IOP Family Vacation

We stayed at the two-house unit for 1 wk. We were a large group of 19 people and the houses accommodated us well. The rooms/beds were comfortable and the roof top was a major bonus! The availability of beach supplies (umbrellas / chairs etc) was super helpful - thank you. Be sure to mention it on your site, as we came in thinking we'd have to rent supplies.... All in all it was a great stay, but here is feedback for your consideration: - the two houses are located in a noisy area, adjacent to multiple bars with live music. During weekends especially, there is quite a bit of noise. This may be an issue to some. - With such a large group travelling from another state, it would have been nice to have soap/shampoo/dish soap and other basic needs available as opposed to having to buy these for the multiple bathrooms / kitchens etc. - It would be useful to indicate explicitly where extra supplies are (for exp toilet paper) as there was very limited supply. Once we found the storage room and the code, this problem was solved. - there are quite a lot of large flies and flying cockroaches. We could not tell where they entered the house from (as there are nets) but it was not super pleasant. Otherwise, any email queries were responded to promptly and the units are great for large groups!! Thank you!
