Nice property, very close to beach with great views. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for sitting, but most are. We enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

Perfect Oceanview

The screened porch gave a beautiful view of the ocean. At night you could listen to the wave sounds sing you to sleep. In the morning you could have your coffee and watch the sunrise.

Last gasp of summer getaway

This was a lovely property. Can't beat the location, and the daily beach chair setup and removal was an added bonus! Very calm, quiet, and relaxing week. Would absolutely return.

On The BEACH!!

As advertised...stunning views of the ocean..screened porch is great for relaxing. The condo is very clean and up to date. The host is amazing in giving you so many helpful tips about where to eat and what to do. The Wild Dunes area is the place to stay because of the many things to do in the area. A family of 4 or 5 would be comfortable here..the nearness to the beach from the condo is mere steps away. The price is also reasonable. Will stay again on our next trip. Highly recommend!

Views are amazing

This property had amazing views and it felt like you were in a tree house in the sand dunes. Sunrises every morning right from your bedroom! Love this area of the beach. The dunes are spectacular! Property was well appointed. I would definitely stay again at this property. The pool on the property was very nice. Plenty of chairs for guests. The beach chairs being set up each day was wonderful. Only a beach bag to carry each day was a treat!!!

Michael is a super host by every definition. The condo exceeded my expectations. There is nothing like falling asleep in a cozy condo listening to the waves. Great Vacation

This was such a great stay. We loved sitting on the screened in deck and having coffee in the morning and wine at night. Being steps from the beach was incredible and we took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up for us daily. Every need was seen to. This is not a party spot. It’s quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

Relaxing Getaway

We truly enjoyed our week here. Just two of us. Check in was a breeze. We’ve stayed in different Port O Call units several times and this was by far the nicest. Uncompromising views, right on the beach. Small, kitchen was fine for our needs, all appliances were up-to-date and clean. Keurig coffeemaker as well - convenient. The bath could use a bit of updating, but it all functioned and fine for our needs. Wild Dunes is a great destination. Would definitely consider renting again!

It's all about location...BUT

There is no disputing that the location of this condo and the views are incredible. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the number of roaches that were present. We began seeing them the day after we checked in. (checked in was on Saturday) Monday night we went out for dinner and when we returned and turned on the light there were approximately 10 roaches in the kitchen sink. I emailed Michael, the property Manager the next morning. He responded that he could get someone to spray the next day. In the meantime, the number of roach sightings continued to increase. On Wednesday afternoon a pest control guy came and sprayed. We were hopeful that we would see some improvement but that did not happen. Friday morning I made a cup of coffee. When I opened the Keurig to remove the pod a roach crawled out. Needless to say, my coffee went down the drain. We continued to see roaches until we checked out on Saturday.

That view!

I recommend staying at “The View” if you’re looking for a nice, clean beach rental with a fantastic ocean view. Check-in was a breeze, communication with Michael, the property manager, was ongoing and friendly and the location couldn’t be better. Having our beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us everyday was a delightful bonus.

Beach View

Perfect size and perfect location on a quiet end of isle of palms in the wild dunes resort. Condo was clean and had the right amount of amenities. The beach chairs put up every day were a perfect touch. Easy walk to the pool and you were literally on the sand. View from screened in deck was beautiful. Overall we would definitely stay in this condo again. Also some of the best shelling on the island!!

Great get-away!

This condo was right on the beach! How nice it was to be able to sit on the porch and enjoy our meals or just read a book with a great view! Michael was attentive to checking in with us and keeping us informed. The furnishings were nice, and the condo was clean. The kitchen is small, but worked fine for our needs. This is a great couples get-away!

Nice but deceptive

Outdoor deck was nice with nice views. Living area was nice. Property was advertised as offering $250 beach equipment credit, but you don’t get that unless you rent for 4 nights or more. You don’t find that out until you have already paid. Was kind of a bait and switch situation. Also, kitchen was extremely tight, single bed mattress old and uncomfortable, and blinds in the area where single bed was were not adequate to keep morning sun out. Air vents look dirty like they have black mold on them.
