Moose Tracks Cabin is a beautiful and cozy 1800 sq ft cabin with 4 queen beds, a loft (with 2 sofa sleepers), pack 'n play, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, rock gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, high chair, covered patio (with bbq grill, picnic table, fire pit). On the main floor, you will find 2 queen bedrooms, one with an attached half bathroom (shower only) and cable TV. There is also a full bath on the main floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms - each with queen beds, as well as another full bathroom. There is fast WiFi, 2 TV's with Roku and 2 TV's with cable.
Many recent upgrades including new log beds, new stainless steel appliances, new kitchen table, new small appliances and new electric leather reclining couches. The decor is warm and welcoming - perfect for your family getaway. Moose Tracks is a short walk from the Buffalo River (our family's favorite spot to float in the summer), the local medical clinic, and Pond's Lodge - an excellent bar/restaurant with gas station and convenience store. Very easy year-round access, excellent fishing, and snowmobiling. Only 30 minutes to Yellowstone!!

Better than expected!

Moose Tracks is convenient to Yellowstone yet far enough out to be out of the crowds. The cabin was the best stocked and most thought-out place we have ever stayed. The convenience of having the convenience store and restaurant within a 1-minute walk made it even better. We ended up eating at the restaurant every day because of the ease of it and the food was really good. We were very comfortable there! Absolutely would stay there again.

Truly home away from home

Best home rental ever! So comfortable right from the start. Lovely home with great furnishings and amenities needed. Kitchen contained everything we needed, laundry, ice maker (yay), plenty of space, outdoor table top fireplace, comfy recliner sofas! Beds were very comfortable too! Oh, and the lodge makes KILLER pizza!

Amazing Place!

Do not hesitate to stay here. We had a wonderful time and could not be more impressed with this location. It was a very quick and easy trip into Yellowstone with so many things to do right in Island Park. The lodge was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. The ice machine was a wonderful surprise too! Having the restaurant and convenience store right there made it easy if you needed something or did not want to cook. Everyone was very friendly and had great suggestions of things to do. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Idaho Cabin

We chose this property due to its close proximity to West Yellowstone National Park entrance. We found the immediate surrounding areas beautiful too. The check-in and out process was very simple. The cabin is lovely with so many amenities that match the surrounding areas. We had plenty of room with just about everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the nice touch of a welcome gift and basic pantry items awaiting us(great array of spices). We loved having the standalone icemaker! Beautiful place with an abundance of “at home” features. It was very clean when we arrived. We highly recommend this place and thank you for sharing it with us.

A wonderful get away

My husband, my son and his family of 2 children, ages 2 & 4 and his wife joined us for a trip that included visiting Yellowstone and also a friends wedding in Driggs, Idaho. We stayed at this beautiful home for only 2 days. Everything was perfect for all. We all had our own space and had every convenience that we needed. The house is located in a small neighborhood that is currently under construction but that did not deter from the area. Hopefully, we will return in the future.

The property was amazing. We loved the great supply of kitchen items - griddle, lots of spices, many cooking utencils, and the ice machine. The laundry room was supplied with detergent and fabric softner. The 4 boys loved the big TV upstairs as well as the games.

Very Nice Cabin within 30 Minutes from West Yellowstone

This cabin was very clean. Everything was comfortable and well-stocked. So glad to have stocked coffee available. The living room couch recliners are so comfortable that I wanted to buy them! Enjoyed having temp controls in each area. The fireplace is very nice. Plus the way the cabin is laid out is so nice. Very safe for kids. The only negative is there were not enough towels in the bathrooms. And the contact was not great at replying once we were there. However, the staff at Pond's Lodge manages this and they were wonderful to accommodate us; and they would have probably supplied us with more towels. (Their restaurant is fabulous! But be sure to check the hours. They only serve dinner until 9pm and no breakfast. They do serve wonderful pizza until 10pm. We do think this was the best cabin in the Pond's Lodge community and when we return to Yellowstone we will book this again. Great place for a family.

Are group enjoyed the cabin. Plenty of room for us and all of our gear for snowmobiling. The big deck out front had a great view. It was decided when we go back out we wanted to stay in the same place. Its the best cabin we have rented when visiting the area.

Great vacation with a quick 30 minute drive to West Yellowstone. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. We had 3 couples, so it was very nice to have our own bedrooms and baths. Ponds lodge restaurant and convenience store were very much appreciated.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. I was worried it would be too hot, but it was nice and cool. We were a little confused about the check-in process. I guess there were some problems with emails going out, but we figured it out. I would absolutely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Wonderful Cabin

We stayed here 6 nights while visiting Yellowstone. The cabin is well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. The two upstairs bedrooms have window air conditioners which was great in the heart. The loft was great for the kids. We had such a great time and this cabin was perfect to come back to each day and relax. The deck has a large picnic table and also a propane fire pit and barbeque. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay so much & if we go back to Yellowstone, we will DEFINITELY try to book this cabin again. The location was great - just 30 minutes from the town of West Yellowstone, where there were tons of restaurants and souvenir shops, as well as the west entrance to the park. There was a little convenience store & restaurant right around the corner from the cabin that came in handy and there was an excellent place for breakfast just 3 or 4 miles down the road, right on the river. The cabinet itself was just beautiful and extremely comfortable. I was impressed by the cleanliness as well as the fact that someone obviously put a lot of thought into what could make spending time there more enjoyable. There were several board games, some of which my family played in the evenings, there was a horseshoe pit, some puzzles and books, and even a foosball table that my son & husband thoroughly enjoyed. The only issue we had was that it was advertised to have air conditioning in all four bedrooms, but only two of them had units actually installed. The other two had the window air conditioning units uninstalled and sitting in the closet. It wasn’t a huge issue, though, because they had extra fans around the house, and the evenings were nice & cool anyway. We thought it might be a problem but it really wasn’t. Overall, this was a fabulous cabin that I would highly recommend to others and if given the opportunity, we will absolutely stay there again! Thank you!
