# 1 Hermosa cabaña en el corazón de Island Park

Hermosa cabaña de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños. La cabina es de 1900 pies cuadrados, nueva construcción (terminada en el otoño de 2014) de 2 pisos con paredes machihembradas, gabinetes de aliso nudoso, chimenea de propano, techo abovedado, bañera grande en baño principal, cocina espaciosa con electrodomésticos nuevos, bastante vecindario. Ubicado en el corazón del parque de la isla. Al este de la estación de servicio Elk Creek. A pocos minutos de los senderos de vehículos todo terreno para el verano y el maquinado de nieve en el invierno, el río Buffalo, y alrededor de 30 minutos en coche de West Yellowstone, a 80 millas de Big Sky MT y a 60 millas de Grand Targhee Resort. Esta cabina es perfecta para los amantes del aire libre, pero lo suficientemente acogedora como para que nunca quieras irte.

Base camp for Yellowstone

We stayed for a week whist exploring Yellowstone national park. It’s an easy drive to get there. The cabin is perfect. One of the most well equipped rentals we have ever visited. Joey’s communication was 100% Would absolutely stay again.

We are sure there are few places where you will read reviews that come close to the reviews of this beautiful cabin in Island Park. It is secluded in the forest with nearby properties that are at a nice distance. For your consideration, we have taken a different tack, and will briefly discuss what we look for in a Vrbo rental. We look for premier owner-operated properties. Our experience with property managers has been too hit or miss. Here is our read on the Ball family, the owners of this beautiful cabin: Pride of ownership Attention to detail Quality construction and furnishings Attentive to guests An absolute focus on cleanliness The cabin is their pride and joy This is our second stay here, and our impression upon entering the cabin is… wow, this place is brand new. It was built in 2014, I think. For us, the bottom line is knowing we are renting from people that insist on excellence. When you have that, everything else falls right into place. Very nice!

We had a group of 5 adults and we were all extremely happy with the cabin. Everyone had ample space and privacy. The cabin is in a very convenient location to everything we wanted to do, Yellowstone, Big Springs, Harriman Park etc. We were also happily surprised at how well stocked the cabin was. Thanks so much for a great place to stay. We will plan to return in the future!

Great Weekend

We had a great time at Joey's cabin. We go to the Tetons or Island park every year to listen to the elk bugle:) We wish we could have stayed longer. It is a comfy and clean cabin.

Wonderful hideaway in rural Montana

This cabin was beautifully appointed, very spacious and comfortable. We used it as a base to visit Yellowstone and it was perfect. All the facilities were top notch. Highly recommended

Beautiful home

We loved staying at this house. It was very spacious and clean. There is not a single thing I can say bad about it. It was very quiet and about a 1/2 hour away from Glacier. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic gateway to Yellowstone

We choose this property for its location and value to explore Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. It was everything we had hoped for. Property Managers were is to communicate with. The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked with cooking ware. The house was very clean and was exactly as advertised. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place in the woods to explore the beautiful area.

Great place to stay when visiting YNP

The cabin must be new or nearly new. It's in great shape. Very large living/dining room and kitchen. The master is on the main floor and is decent sized. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and they are also decent sized. However, neither of the upstairs bedrooms have a dresser or closet,, so no place to put clothes. The neighborhood has some very old trailers on the street but there are new homes being built. The neighborhood is quiet, but the dirt road coming in can be bumpy.. There is no grocery store out here. The nearest is 30 ,minutes away so buy your groceries in West Yellowstone. There is not much else in the area. The Mexican place about 10 minutes down the road is great, but there are no more options except the pizza place, which we did not try. No fast food at all within 30 minutes. The owner, Joeyh, is very repsonsive.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

We were a group of 3 - myself, hubby, and my father - in the area to visit the National Parks. This cabin was a wonderful base for us for a few nights. It was very clean and well-stocked. Check-in was quite simple. Location was a bit away from West Yellowstone, but the drive was easy, and it was actually better to be in such a quite neighborhood, as opposed to the bustling town of West Yellowstone. Kitchen and living area were spacious, porch with chairs was relaxing, bedroom locations offered privacy from other guests. We would stay here again if we return to the area in the future.

Beautiful remote cabin

Cabin is even more beautiful in person. Well stocked. There was 4 persons in our party over 50 yrs old. We had two family members who require limited stairs, this cabin accommodated with only 2 steps into cabin with 1 queen bed and 2 full bathrooms on bottom floor. 2 queen bed rooms and one bathroom upstairs. The only problems was the barbecue is old and needs to be cleaned. We never used it. It was also reported the down stairs bathroom shower water did not heat up. This I do not understand as we had plenty of hot water/pressure in the upstairs bathroom. Did not have time to explore. I will absolutely re rent this cabin if/when I return to visit west gate Yellowstone. Never saw a bear… but I was always looking. GREAT place to stay.

Highly recommend this property

This property is beautiful and so well stocked. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and two infants to have our own space to unwind after very busy days fishing, shopping and Yellowstone. This house is only 30 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone, fishing is two minutes away and shopping was a little over an hour to Rexburg. We are ready to go back again!

Fantastic accommodations, great access to West Yellowstone

We had a wonderful time at this Cabin. The location was as promised in the rental agreement and photos, had great access to West Yellowstone, and some dining options nearby. I’d recommend this location to anyone wanting easy access to the Yellowstone West entrance. The Tetons were a bit of a stretch, but we were able to sneak it in as well! Thank you so much for access to your property.

Five Star Island Park Cabin

Upon entering the cabin the first time, we were extremely impressed of how beautiful and clean the cabin was. The owners definitely pay attention to every detail of the cabin. We have a family of five with children ages 16, 26 & 36. Everyone was very comfortable and it helped make our vacation and family time special. The cabin is located in a prime location in Island Park. We rented ATVs for 3 days from Island Park Rentals and road such fun trails right from our cabin. Again, the cabin was a perfect location for us to visit Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Cody, WY and Jackson Hole, WY. The owner, Joey, notified us the 2nd day we were there they captured on the cameras a Grizzly bear walking through the cabin area between us and his next door cabin. Leaving the cabin Saturday morning heading to the airport, we were excited to see a male moose right outside our cabin. If you are visiting the area, we highly recommend staying in the Steelhead Lodge cabins. You will have a blast!!
