Casa Oasis Caribe is a private home directly on the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the sound of the waves from this hidden oasis, while enjoying the proximity to restaurants, bars, and stores. The casa is detailed with the finest quality materials, including hand carved Mahogany doors, custom Merida and Talavera tiles and granite counters. All linens, towels and mattresses are of the highest quality. This luxury villa also boasts locally hand-crafted furniture and art pieces. The main living area, with its unobstructed, full ocean views, has a spacious den and dining area. It is open to the fully equipped kitchen, containing all the tools needed for your master chef. The 20' wide glass doors disappear to connect the open concept interior to the secluded, covered patio. The private pool partially flows under the patio to create a fully shaded in-water lounge area, for when you've had enough sun. The warm dipping pool is the perfect place to watch the cruise ships go by when the sun goes down. A pair of exquisite hand carved doors open to reveal each of the 2 master suites. Both rooms have a king bed and private bathroom with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. These spacious rooms are decorated with Mexican Talavera tiles and sinks, bringing in the colors of Mexico. All linens, towels, and even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for you. The custom made couches in the den also offer two additional high quality twin mattresses, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two more guests. In addition, the 3rd full bath is positioned just steps away on the patio, for use by guests in the living and pool areas. An outdoor kitchen provides a sink for preparing your catch of the day. There is also an exterior shower for rinsing your beach and scuba gear. Enjoy listening to the sound of the waves while taking in the view of the Caribbean from the private pool, The covered patio allows for a shaded area to enjoy the Caribbean breezes while relaxing or dining alfresco. Our stay at Casa Oasis Caribe was absolutely fantastic. The house itself is beautiful and perfectly set up for two couples. There are two nearly identical bedrooms (one even has a small couch), which made it feel balanced and comfortable for everyone.The AC was ice cold, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers had great hot water. Everything was spotless when we arrived — clean as a whistle — and we were greeted with towels folded into little animals, which was such a thoughtful touch and really showed the attention to detail.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and was clean and fully functional, making it easy to cook when we wanted to stay in.Colleen was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and very helpful with any questions we had. Once we arrived, Mundaca Management took over and our concierge, Chema, was top notch. He was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything about the house in great detail. He gave us his contact information and helped with local recommendations, restaurant suggestions, and even arranged a taxi for our departure day. Truly seamless service.The location is excellent — in a great area with friendly neighbors and plenty of wonderful breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots within walking distance.5 stars all the way. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We loved our stay here- the location is perfect: easy walking distance to many restaurants and stores, and a beautiful view of the Caribbean. Beds were comfortable, AC and WiFi worked well, and the kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again

Quiet is the most inaccurate description of the property. From 8am til 6pm had to leave to escape hammering or power tools. Paid for peace and quiet and got about zero of that. After the money was paid there wasn’t a lot of interest in making the stay what it was advertised to be. There is no hot tub at this property either which was in the description. Upon checking out the property manager let me know that the property owner was supposed to let us know that there was construction going on and let us decide if we wanted to stay there still…that didn’t happenAfter messaging about the noise the second time bright and early at 8am…the property owner ignored me until I called VRBO…then I got a response not that it really helped much. The one positive is the neighboring property owner was as nice as they come…I can’t blame him for work being done that’s just part of life but the lack of informing us that the entire stay would be full of construction noise to let us stay elsewhere showed that the owner isn’t interested in anything but making money not you having the experience you’ve paid forDisappointed would be the best way to sum it up. This property is spectacular! Located centrally on the island, it only takes 5-10 minutes to get anywhere! The home is beautifully furnished, functional, and comfortable. Having a beach view and pool was great, we used it every day.The property manager was welcoming and helpful, and the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Great vacation! Thank you! I bawled when I had to leave

This was the most amazing vacation and this house was the main reason. It's stunning, simply stunning. Sitting outside and listening to the waves was our favorite thing to do! We started every morning floating in the pool and ended every evening in the warm pool. Mango Cafe was our breakfast go- to but there are so many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. El Chefcito was a favorite. Chedraui superstore is a 10 minute walk. The location here is top notch, we only needed to grab a taxi , twice. We will return!

Best central location with a view

We have been coming to the island for years and have stayed just about everywhere, south north and central. This place popped up as we were planning a short 5 day Isla Mujeres getaway after a long buying and selling home process…we deserved this! This did not disappoint, the warming tub and pool with the most amazing view was absolutely what we needed. The two bedrooms are identical, one has access to a laundry rod with stackable washer/dryer. This came in so handy. We traveled just the two of us so we used one room for our clothes and bags. There is an adjoining full bathroom in each room as well as a complete full bathroom outside by the pool area. Split units kept us very comfortable and we used all four of the robes, 2 for inside and two for poolside. The kitchen is stocked well and we had all we needed for our stay. Thee is a full size fridge and freezer for all your food storage needs. This place is next door to the chapel and the view is spectacular. There is a steep wooden staircase to navigate down to the shoreline but swimming on this side of the island is not recommended. We lounged in the pool and the warming tub as we relaxed after a long day at north beach. There are lots of walkable places and a convenience store across the street. Mangos is also across the street for a quick bite. Chedraui is not far, about 4min in a golf cart. We ordered in more than we normally do to take I. The view and relax. Isla delivery was always quick and easy for us.

Absolutely incredible!

Very comfortable, amazing views of the ocean, beautiful and safe home. Two couples, we each had our own bedroom and full bathroom. We loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and having coffee on the back porch. We spent plenty of time in the pool and hot tub, listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. We made so many iguana friends! Mango Cafe across the street was perfect for breakfast, and being centrally located on the island, it was a short drive to visit North beach or Punta Sur. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We will absolutely book this house again for a future trip! Highly recommend! The host was very accommodating and helpful with all of our questions during our stay.

A Slice of Island Paradise

This was our second trip to Isla Mujeres, and while we previously stayed at Playa Norte, Casa Oasis Caribe absolutely stole our hearts. The location is perfect for exploring the entire island — peaceful, scenic, and close enough to everything while still offering a true sense of escape.The views are nothing short of breathtaking. Every morning, we woke up to a stunning sunrise right over the ocean, and in the evenings, we’d grill our fresh-caught fish while listening to the waves and watching the sky turn colors. It doesn’t get more relaxing than that.The house itself is spotless and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can tell how much care goes into maintaining the property — it was immaculately clean and beautifully designed to capture the island vibe.Chema, our host, was beyond amazing. He helped us arrange a golf cart and was always available to answer our questions with a smile. His hospitality really made the trip feel effortless and welcoming.One of the unexpected highlights? Making friends with the local iguanas who sunbathed near the patio. They became part of our daily routine — along with coffee and ocean views.Casa Oasis Caribe is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back again. Perfect Casa location and views that will make every morning sunrise amazing.

We've been to Isla many times but this time was special. This house is located in a perfectly centralized spot on the island that gives you access to local foods and culture. We were so happy with this Casa, everything was just like being at home. The owner and property management was clear and helpful from beginning to end. Check and and out was easy and quick. Having access to laundry in the house was a huge plus and necessity. Everything you need for your stay is there waiting for you. We loved being able to walk close to the best local foods and take the golf cart all over the island to visit places we didn't get to go previous times. Thank you a hundreds times over for this experience, the memories made on this trip will last a life time. See you again soon !!!!

In Love with Isla

We absolutely loved all six days as Casa Oasis with our family of five. The location and the layout of the house were perfect. The pool and ocean view were our favorite parts. The owners left great recommendations and we took advantage of an in-house massage. The rental manager booked us our golf cart and offered advise on other rentals. We will for sure be visiting Isla again and would intend on staying here repeatedly!

Perfect Isla Getaway!!
