For approximately 3½ days of our stay, we had no running water—we could not flush the toilets, take a shower, or use the washer in the unit.We discovered bug/rodent droppings on the kitchen countertops and water jugs, compromising the hygiene of the space.Upon arrival, we found only four towels, which were insufficient given the number of guests staying.The shower head (when water was available) had no water pressure and was positioned 8–9 feet up the wall, making it very difficult to use.The pool was in unacceptable condition: it smelled strongly, contained pigeon feathers and droppings, and exhibited visible algae. Additionally, pigeon droppings were all over the stairway railing leading to the pool area.
