Me encanto la piscina, era muy central a todo y la playa esta en frente el hotel. El dueño que nos atendió era muy amigable y nos ayudo bastante. Lo único que cambiaria era que hacia mucho ruido el bar en frente y una noche habían muchos jovenes haciendo mucho ruido en frente del hotel.

The hotel is nice, VERY well located in the heart of Holbox, but with that comes the noise, and gets VERY noisy!! The hotel has a bar in front of it and the party goes on until 4/5am. The room is exactly as you see in the pictures but the hotel is made of wood so you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. Said that, the bed and staff is great and the view is awesome.

The hotel was just what we needed for a short stay—basic, clean, and with a beautiful oceanfront view. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were even able to book a few excursions directly through them, and pickup from the hotel was easy and convenient. On the downside, there’s a bar next door that stays open until 4 a.m. with very loud music, which made it difficult to sleep. We also didn’t have hot water for showering during our stay. We originally tried to book directly with the hotel staff, but they quoted us 1,200 pesos per night. Through Expedia, we were able to book the same room for 800 pesos, which made it a much better value. Overall, if you’re planning to stay out late or don’t mind a simple, conveniently located hotel, this is a solid choice. We’d recommend it for 1–2 nights max.

The location of the property is excellent, right on the beach, and very close to the pier where the Whaleshark tours leave from. There was an amazing view of the sunset from our balcony. There are no food options at the property but a good range of restaurants in the vicinity. Beds were comfortable. Internet access was sometimes sketchy. The area around the hotel is home to many bars which play loud music until 2 to 4am in the morning, and the hotels wooden walls are not at all sound proof. So the nights were noisy. Bathrooms are a bit primitive and ours featured a dripping leak through the ceiling from the shower of the room above (found on our last night there and reported to the hotel on checkout). The pool was small and often crowded. Transport access to the hotel was good from the sand street in front.
There was an amazing view of the sunset from our balcony.
The hotel was right on the beach and very close to the pier where the Whaleshark boats leave from. (Photo of hotel from returning boat).

Nice beachfront hotel right in the heart of town, if you like to go out and party this is your place since you are next to all the party locations, if you want to relax then choose another property because the bars nearby are very noisy up untill the morning. The rooms are nice and it’s very walkable around

The view of the beach is amazing. For the price, the conditions are very good - rustic, but that's the charm of Holbox. Amazing sunset, especially if your room is on the second door. At night it is very noisy because of the bars, but again, that's the charm of Holbox! We really loved our stay! Thank you!

Exactly as pictured. Easily walk from the pool to the sea. Lots of bars around so there is loud music always, but they let us know at check in and gave us earplugs.

Location is awesome but you will need earbuds to sleep well. Staff provides world wide service, extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was really cold so it was nice during the day but not in the evening. This property just needs a bit more of furniture to put your belongings a tv and it will be perfect. Over all highly recommended to experience walking from your bed to the sea, thank you guys for such a great experience.

Great experience. Lovely staff, incredible beachfront location. Front desk was so helpful booking tours and taxis for us. I loved the old school tropical vibe of the rooms, they feel living in a James Bond novel (though the excellent aircon made me grateful to live in modern times). The (unaffiliated) beach bar out front is really loud, very late, every night, but the hotel can't control them. Overall I really would recommend the hotel, just bring quality earplugs! If I were Oól, I'd look at buying that bar and improving it (the bar is always empty despite having a perfect location.) Great breakfasts at Limulus, a few doors down to the east.

Good placement right on the beach but there is a bar very close that play techno music until 4 am.. the hotel staff did offer us earplugs. Lot of ants in the room, asked if the could spray not sure they did it. I used my mosquito spray it help a bit. Rest of hotel was good, Staff very friendly.
