In the small, cosy village of Inzell, near Ruhpolding, lies our rustic chalet ‘Alpenauszeit’ with mountain views, furnished with Swiss stone pine. The scent of Swiss stone pine contributes to a pleasant indoor climate and lets you sleep deeply after your mountain hikes.

Restaurants, bakeries, mountain pastures, cross-country skiing, wellness and shopping facilities are all within walking distance. The nearby Chiemsee and Königssee invite you to go on excursions. The beautiful city of Salzburg is also not far from the Chiemgau Alps.

The fully-equipped small but fine kitchen gives hope for delicious meals! A shower is cleverly integrated into the separate bathroom. Enjoy your alpine time-out in the chalet!

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen

Pros: Das Chalet war, wie auf den Bildern, einfach nur traumhaft schön und sooo gemütlich. Es ist so herzlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Doch nicht nur die Einrichtung lädt zum wohlfühlen ein, besonders der Duft nach Zirbenholz lädt zum verweilen ein, wenn man das Chalet betritt. Es ist so schön, von einer großen Wanderung oder sonstigen Unternehmungen zurück zukommen und sich auf einen gemütlichen Nachmittag oder Abend im Chalet oder dem gemütlich eingerichteten Balkon zu freuen. Inzell an sich ist genauso wie das Chalet, klein, zum wohlfühlen und alles da was man braucht, Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants! Ein wunderbarer Ort auch um von dort aus Unternehmungen zu starten. Es gibt so viele tolle Wanderung, entweder direkt von der Wohnung aus (z.B. zur Kesselalm) oder man fährt mit dem Auto wenige Minuten alle möglichen Richtungen und Wandergebiete. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Kurzurlaub

Das Chalet selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet, befindet sich aber im ersten Stock eines Wohnhauses und an der Hauptstrasse, was leider nicht optimal ist. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches sehr unangenehme Gerüche im Treppenhaus verursacht. Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung und die Ausstattung der Küche war gut und ausreichend. Sauberkeit war auch ok. Allerdings hatten sich unter dem Bett/Couch einige Wollmäuse versteckt und unter der Heizung ein alter Apfel vor sich hingefault. Obwohl die Wohnung als haustierfreundlich angeboten wurde, war die Besitzerin aber offensichtlich gegen die Mitnahme von Hunden.Wir haben die Agentur über die Mitnahme unserer 3 Hunde informiert und sind davon ausgegangen, dass dies ok ist. Ebenso wurde von uns eine Gebühr von 10 €/pro Hund und pro Nacht sowie eine Kaution von 150 € wie gewünscht überwiesen. Als wir dann aber dort waren, wollte die Besitzerin auf einmal nichts davon gewußt haben, dass wir Hunde mitbringen und hätte uns fast vor die Tür gesetzt. Somit vermuten wir, dass die Abstimmung zwischen Besitzerin und Agentur offensichtlich nicht oder mangelhaft stattgefunden hat.allerdings muss man sagen, dass die Agentur sehr freundlich und aufmerksam war. Sie hat uns die Wohnung übergeben und Spielzeug sowie einen Kindersitz für unsere Tochter/Nichte gebracht. alles in Allem war die Kommunikation der Besitzerin sehr unfreundlich bis unverschämt und die Abwicklung sehr unprofessionell. Kaution wurde nicht erstattet

Pros: Die gegend rund rum war wunderschön. Immer wieder gerne. Cons: Die Lautstärke der Pizzeria unten drunter war nicht so schön wenn man auf dem Balkon saß.
