Horrible place: After driving for almost 4 hours with anticipation of a dream vacation at Kiss the Wave, we were disappointed as soon as we reached the driveway. The moment we stepped inside and saw the poor condition of the house, we were disgusted and some of us literally started to get physically sick because of the moldy smell. We immediately called Jason and demanded a refund. Jason was taken aback by our complaint, stating that no one else ever had a problem. However, he almost immediately agreed to reimburse us. My words are inadequate to describe the horror so hopefully the attached photos will tell the story.

Check-in was super easy and it is a great location. The home is comfortable with lots of space. The hosts were very sweet-even delivering extra bedding when needed. Mild wear and tear/upkeep issues here/there, but nothing concerning.

Awesome time! Walking distance to beach! House is so roomy, 10 people in our party and never felt crowded! Pool and hot tub, kids had a great time. Very clean! Can’t say enough it was great! Beds were very comfortable.

A Perfect FL Week

The house is very wonderful - large, well stoked kitchen, plenty of sitting areas, and super comfortable beds.The best is the huge, fenced back yard. The pool is good sized and warm hot tub. There are at least 10 comfortable chairs around the pool. My entire family recommends this VRBO

Well-kept house

We were in town for a baseball tournament with family and found this house to be just right for our needs. The heated pool in the backyard was a favorite for my kids and the beach being within walking distance was an added bonus. Overall, the home was comfy and had everything we needed.

Amazing stay! Walking distance to beach!

The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the beach. There were 9 of us staying and we had plenty of room to spread out and have our individual spaces to sleep and relax while still having enough space in the common areas to spend time all together too. There were also plenty of towels for our whole party to bathe with and use at the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was dish soap and dishwasher pods available to use. There were also laundry pods available and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. We honestly didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves. The hosts were attentive and made themselves available by text for anything we may have needed. We will 100% be returning in the future.

This was an adorable home for my family of 10 to stay after our cruise. Jason and Gina were delightful to work with. They are very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. I would defiantly stay at one of their properties again!

Great house - excellent pool/patio

Communication with Jason was fabulous! Texted to make sure we got in safely on arrival night, and periodically throughout the week just to check on us. There was an issue with the sewer that was ultimately out of his control but he was quick and efficient to handle the situation. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The pool area can not be beat and was so nice to come to after spending the day at the beach. Our kids especially loved the lights around the pool at night. There was a wagon, several boogie/body boards, and sand toys available. We ended up driving to the beach just because we had a toddler but it’s about a 10 minute walk. Normally I don’t like mattresses/beds besides my own but these mattresses were NICE and comfortable.
