Welcome to Villa Riviera! Renovated 2 story 2 bed 2 bath condo accommodates up to 6. Ideal for couple, family or close friends. Master bedroom has king bed, guest bedroom has 2 full beds. Private beach and heated pool for your sun-soaking and cooling off pleasure. Don't forget your fishing pole! The space
3 flat screen TVs, free wi-fi internet access, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, central air. Starter pack of basic paper supplies and linens provided (including beach towels). Parking for one vehicle at unit (additional parking within property parking lot). Rooms disinfected and professionally cleaned. Pool maintained at balmy 86 degrees. Beach chairs (2 in unit), additional available upon request. Shared washer and dryer conveniently located in building next to pool--accepts coins or credit card. Weekly and Monthly rate discounts visible once dates are entered.

Guests have direct access to the beach, a heated pool, laundry room, beach chairs (in storage room closest to pool), parking spot in front of condo entrance, extra parking.
Other things to note
5 night minimum stay April through December. Minimum 7-night stay January through March and during special events. Washer and dryer on premises, accepts quarters or credit card. Please use provided laundry detergent (high efficiency machines). Personal wifi access code is located inside condo.
Please note there is no hot tub. Tried to remove it. Not sure why it's still showing on listing.

Best oceanfront in Indiatlantic!

You can’t beat the location and convenience of this property. Condo was nicely updated and clean. Ocean and pool are right out the doorway! Property manager was just a text away and always answered quickly.
