You need to change the elevator on the floor 36. My key did not work for the elevator and/or for the room. This happened 3 times. I was scared 300 meters above land, my heart pounding. I almost had a heart attack. Staff was not interested in customer's needs and insensitive to the trauma experienced. I wanted to speak to the manager, he never contacted me. I met him after I checked out. He acted very routinely, saying sorry. I should report them to the fire department for violation of safety.

Service was great, the view and location was amazing. Only problem was that we had a water dripping from ceiling on our last night there. We had to change rooms because it was really stuffy in the room and they had to turn off the heater because the water was coming from hvac system. We had to pack and unpack in the middle of the night wasting our precious vacation time and affecting our schedule/condition for the next day. They did extend the check out time to make it more convenient but we would have much rather have had a better night sleep without all the trouble. Hope they can figure out this water condensation dripping issue soon. So surprising since itโ€™s such a nice hotel.

The stay started a little rocky, because I was not able to get proper help with my luggage as I first entered the hotel. The staff acted as if I did not belonged there, and the staff in the front desk also acted the same. But later other staff members redeem my trust and it all went well after that.

Great area. Beautiful park across the street for walks. Subway is close by and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Rooms are on top floors so you get a beautiful view of the city.

Room in below average condition with materials used that canโ€™t be cleaned easily, such as carpets drapes and couch which were all dirty. They have pluming issues, water pressure is low, on top of that, the shower hose had a leak spraying water from another side too. The sink drain was very slow and sink would fill up. Staff not friendly and do not help with luggageโ€™s. Overall not recommend!
