I have been working with the property to get a refund due to not being able to access the hotel because we were directed through customs. The hotel has not been cooperating with us even though they are FULLY AWARE of what happened as it was transpiring because we were in contact with them from the other side of the airport.

Extremely convenient. The bed was ridiculously tiny for two people, but we survived. With a long layover, being able to rest in a room with no worries was worth it. The hotel is super conveniently across from the food court, and they provide you with water and some basic toiletries. The staff was super helpful when needed, and checkout was simple. Would definitely stay here in a similar situation again.
