Comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable. They had free parking and it's close to Incheon Airport and they provide shuttle service. One negative, the room service only offered beverages like cocktails and coffee, which was disappointing. There's some dining options in the area, but I was hoping to order room service. There's also a convenience store on site. Overall it was pleasant for a one-night stay.

It is a very clean hotel, and the staff is friendly. The free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel is convenient. The airport-to-hotel shuttle must be reserved online in advance, while the hotel-to-airport shuttle can be reserved at check-in.

Great stay

Excellent location near ICN if you have a morning flight or just needed to find a hotel near ICN. Very spacious and clean. My family stayed at a residence room and had a very comfy stay at golden tulip. Daiso / lotte mart/ olive young is nearby, staff is very friendly and so many restaurants. You need to make reservation for Hotel shuttle and it’s pretty spacious. Would definitely stay here again if I need to stay near ICN

This property is miles from Incheon and is pretty average. It is tired and a bit sterile. It is still 35 minutes to Terminal 1.

The room was spacious but we had no ac. The manager had to bring in fans to help keep room cool & that didn't work. The room was still hot at 77, hard to sleep when room is so hot. They do offer a free airport shuttle but even that was horrible experience. We told the driver that we need to go to Terminal 1, in fact everyone in the shuttle needed to go to Terminal 1. There was no one in the vehicle that needed to go to Terminal 2 but we went to Terminal 2 & sat there for 5 minutes before proceeding on to Terminal 1. And to top it off we told him we needed Terminal 1, door 4 but he dropped us off at the very end of Terminal 1 at door 13. Huge inconvenience to all 7 passengers onboard the shuttle. They had so many people that were going to the airport at 2 pm that they had to bring in another shuttle. And the shuttle that left 2nd got to the airport before us on the 1st shuttle. Guess he took the long way plus the unnecessary stop at Terminal 2. Even the hotel lobby is hot. Check out is 12 noon so we sat in lobby to wait for the shuttle & played dominoes but lobby was even uncomfortably hot. The only other good thing about this hotel is that it is close to subway station.
