5 star for convenience in terms of transportation options including complimentary airport shuttle bus and location, location, location! However, overall property condition is old and could really do with a refresh. They didn’t have a proper fitness centre - only a makeshift gym at one of the floors open area with wall dividers serving as the walls. The rooms were nice and modern though with bidet and comfortable layout. The staff service and check in process was slow but staff were kind and friendly. Overall hotel is nice but shouldn’t be classified as a 4 star hotel considering property condition.

I liked that it was easy to get to the airport its only 2 subway stops to Terminal 1, Incheon International Airport. I did not like that the walls are thin, the cable box fell off the nail it was hung by with bread tie. Or that the handle to the window was fixing to fall off. It could really use some updates.

Comfortable room, but noisy

Reception not very friendly or welcoming, but room was good size and comfortable beds. Bad side is the rooms are noisy, train sounds and also from other adjoining rooms. Area very convenient for airport and lot of restaurants and shops close by

Front desk staff needs to be trained to make guest feel welcome. They're not accomodating to stress the check in time. Felt a little rude in pointing out the time of check in. After all we're paying to feel comfortable and that's their job.
